It is an average hotel in all aspects namely services, rooms size and cleanliness as well as breakfast, but it becomes a very good choice due to its location.
It is situtated nearby 3 metro stations and it is very close to the city center.
It is ideal if you have planned a short visit in Bruxelles and urge to familiarize with the city within limited time.

We checked into this hotel having already arrived at another hotel (Hotel Royal) which was grimy and grim. Arriving at Queen Anne was bliss in comparison! It's no-frills but friendly, comfortable and quite stylish. The rooms aren't large, but they are all you need if you're out exploring most of the day!
We also had a lovely view from our window.
It's in a good location, not far from metro and train stations and about 20 minutes from the Grand Place. The breakfast was well-stocked with everything from bacon and fresh bread to fruit and cereal. I would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here in July for 3 nights for my boyfriend's birthday. Hotel was perfect for us, the rooms are small but we only used the room for sleeping in, we were out exploring all through the day so that didn't matter. The staff were very friendly and gave us a detailed map of the attractions that were nearby. It's about a 10 minute walk to the city centre but it's a very pleasant walk. Close to the metro system as well.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had booked a twin room, but got a double room. Well actually it was more a large cupboard with a bed in it. The bathroom was also tiny, but adequate. The room was very clean, but very basic. No wardrobe or drawers, just 4 coat hangers. No facilities to make tea or coffee which I find very unusual in this day and age. There was also no safe, so felt a little uneasy leaving valuables in the room. Staff were very friendly, but would stay here again due to the lack of basic facilities

My girlfriend and I recently stayed on a weekend away. From outside it doesn't look too appealing but as soon as we walked into reception it brightened up and was quite pleasant. As for the room, the pictures on the website make it look much bigger than in real life. We booked a double but were given a twin (2 beds pushed together with a gap in the middle). The TV was straight out of the 1990's but that didn't bother us too much. The bathroom was a little run down and one night water started back filling through the plug hole which woke us up. We contacted the reception and he said this happens from time to time. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The hotel room walls are VERY thin so you will hear people from adjoining rooms talking etc. The one benefit this hotel does have is that it is only a 5 minute walk from Grand Place. This definitely isn't a 3 star hotel though don't be fooled.
