Excellent value for the money.
Big enough to not be noisy.
Awesome restaurant.
Will be back for sure.
Great for families too, even.thoigh it is a hotel-cum-club.
Very conveniently located about 7 km. from.thr airport (Prepaid taxi was Rs.600 or Cdn $12.00)

will suggest never to book your stay here as the staff dose not know the know-hows of hospitality. Food is also average. The food was served late & was not piping hot.
Because of these below std facilities, we have to book a stay just infront of the hotel.

Hi Guys,
First and foremost itâs both a club and a hotel. So lot many people move in and out throughout the day. So peaceful stay is not an option. Secondly, cleanliness is an issue. Rooms are not as clean as you expect from a hotel in this price range. They offered me room no 106. The balcony of which was not at all clean. Finally I was shifted to room no 109. That was somehow manageable!!! Now comes Wi-Fi... Signal was very poor. Ironically the Wi-Fi signal from the adjacent hotel was stronger than that of my hotel in my room!!! You enter the password and you can take a long break may be of few hours before you connect to internet!!!! So free Wi Fi was turned out to be a jock for me. The staff do not value your request. I requested them for an earlier breakfast (6. 30 am) on an important day when I had to leave early. They agreed upon in the previous evening to provide me at least corn flakes and milk. . So I did not arrange for my breakfast. But to my disappointment on that day they refused. There are not many restaurants in the vicinity. So thanks to them I had to leave without breakfast on a very important day. I mean itâs really annoying. Lastly, I requested them to send me a soft copy of the hotel bill. They took my Email twice. But it has been 2 days and I am still waiting for the same. I guess they do not care about the customer.
So guys, after this review please be careful while choosing this hotel. Rest is up to you. All The Best if you still choose this hotel.

Its actually a club with an option to book rooms. It has a fine dining restaurant , swimming pool, squash , badminton , pool snooker table and a separate bar. Food is good and customizable as per taste. All services and facilities are also good. Price for such a facility as compared to nearby hotels and locations is cheap. Overall it was a very good experience with my grand parents and son.

Well the man in charge,, Mr. Saurabh was amazingly helpful..I was provided with each and everything I demanded..also I had a booking of 2 rooms..a suite and a royal state...but I was given 2 suites instead...Also I was given a discount of 10% on anything I had at their restaurant...
The rooms were beautifully managed,,,lovely fragrance..peaceful atmosphere..away from the noise...nearest hotel to the airport I guess...Cab was there at the airport...the staff was friendly...each and everything was so good about the hotel...
Undoubtedly the best budget hotel in Raipur... Go for it without a second thought...
