We stayed for 3 nights in this delightful small hotel which is a 5 min walk from all of the activities in the city. We especially loved the large modern, well appointed room (remarkables category) as well as the delicious cook to order breakfasts each AM. They also offer complimentary wine and canepy from 6:00 to 7:00 which is a lovely touch. The concierge serve was also exceptional!

Our second stay at Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel proved just as enjoyable as the first 12 months earlier. The staff are exceptional - after our flight to Queenstown was diverted to Christchurch and we arrived a day late, they could be not be more helpful in attempting to accommodate us as well as assisting in organising paperwork for our travel insurance. We'll be back to Queenstown - and make sure we stay here again.

The Queenstown Park Hotel
This is a boutique hotel with a dozen or so rooms, located on a hillside a five minute or so walk from the centre and waterfront. The hotel has a dedicated underground car park with a lift to the rooms. We had a five night stay here in January 2018 (room 12). The bedroom was a good size, with an attractive view out over the nearby hills. The bathroom was large, with a proper walk-in shower, as well as a little kitchenette, with a kettle, tea and coffee provided. The bed was comfortable and there was sufficient closet space. There were also a few spare sockets for recharging your devices dotted about the room. The only quirk was a penchant for unusually tiny side tables in both the rooms and the lounge, which were barely large enough to accommodate a book and a drink at the same time.
The wifi was quite speedy, at 17 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload, which is very respectable indeed. A nice touch was that between 6 and 7 each evening there were complimentary cocktails and canapés in the lounge by reception, though the way the chairs were set out made it tricky to socialise with other guests. The staff, especially a Brazilian gentleman called Francesco, were friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a very pleasant place to stay.

We stayed here as a group off the Holland America cruise ship for a over night Excursion. This hotel was very nice; very clean, simple , very new decor . The breakfast was real nice and many things to select from. Our room had a king and had another Queen bed in the room. Front desk people were nice Free WIFI!

This is what great customer service is all about. Marika was AMAZING. This place ticks EVERY box. View, service, location and the extras that make you feel like you are being taken care of. Canapés were great. I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE..
