Good location. Free, VERY convenient pickup from airport. Great staff. Great wifi. Good hot water. Good water pressure. Terrible AC.
I emailed hotel day before my arrival to request a pickup from airport. They responded very quickly and, as promised, were waiting for me inside airport with a sing showing my name. VERY convenient, much better than the usual 'go outside and wait for shuttle'.
I loved everything about this hotel except the weak AC. It didn't cool the room enough, as a result, I didn't sleep well.

To make it clear from beginning....... The rooms are ok, clean and good for this type of hotel. I stay several times here, but unfortunately the rest does not get better. With check in i asked for day use price. i like to leave 8pm. the answer was: you leave 6pm or you pay full price. ok i do not like the way, but i accepted. To ask for manager is useless, they told me manager is NEVER here......... maybe this is the reason?????
than morning 5 past 9 you come to the breakfast, buffet is already empty, and some totally not motivated staff tell you this is what you can get. Ok, again not liked, but what to do. Than we i come back from dinner i asked for lift to airport, they say yes, but 5 minutes later they call in the room and tell me there is only one lift per hour, i have to leave earlier or later.
Sorry QUESThotel i am frequent traveller, but this is not the way to go. Is time to leave your chain, even if the rooms are ok, but the rest is horrible. You get the 3 stars just because of the room, all the rest is really one star. And the big question mark is why???? You fas far away better before, maybe it is necessary a manager is present.

Staff are awesomely treated us like we were at our own house, they got a nice smile, and front desk staff had a great one. The location is perfect for a traveler, easy access to all tourism destination all around Bali, and also from the airport. If you wish to get a gift for your friend, Krisna Oleh2 is so near from this hotel. Thank you for your warm hospitality and We Definitely will be back soon!!!

the point is "really loved the breakfast" ,, many selection on Indonesian Corner ( I love Indonesian food so much ) tasty and yummy , the staff really helpful and friendly.... prices are comparable to the facilities provided..... shooping center is in front of you, nice... I hope I can stay here for the second time when I came to Kuta Again ... love it

The pool and the restaurant are nice. The rooms are ok but not so clean unfortunately... Also the reception and the environnement is a bit old... On the other hand, the staff is very attentive and lovely
