We were group of 10 guys & had opted for 2 duplex family suite rooms.
Pros:
Rooms were decent, clean and spacious too.
Location of this place is a plus, as its walk-able distance to lake, bus stand & market area.
Had a garden/camp fire area in the back
Though didn't find negatives, below could have been improved:
Food served was average but had many hotels near by.
Car parking was available but the entrance to this place was kind a deep slope, so found difficult to get in/out of this place. No watchman/security guard was there to assist us.
Overall a decent stay and would recommend to friends. While booking, Select the one with balcony, it has nice view to the garden/camp fire area

I have visited with my wife and my kid(3 year old) on December 2017 and stayed
Pros: 1) Clean rooms & bath room 2) good room service 3) good location 4) having good food in near by hotel Al biak..This good non veg hotel...They will also service to rooms..
Cons : 1) Hot water availability is not good. During my visit they had some issue with heater and i had to inform them . then they given hot water in bucket.. Its not good..
2) Outside areas(Other than your room) are not clean and worst.. 3) Mostly its preferred by group of peoples to visit Kodiak, So very much noisy. Even in night time around 1 am also we are not able to sleep and lot of noises..
So finally i would not recommend this for couples or family ..Its mostly suitable for group of peoples can go and stay...

SI stayed here for 2 days couple of moths ago. Was hesitated when went through old reviews but really a great experience. Especially Manager Mr. Mydeen was very courteous & helpful. We made sure everything goes right. Good Job. Team. Keep it up

I spent 2 nights with my group at Raahatinn. It's an awesome stay with excellent service provided by the front desk team expecially Mr Mohammed Myeen. Very comfortable and room are spacious and clean. Had a great and lovely time.

The room is basic and neat. Bathroom is neat and clean. Rooms dont offer any view. It's basically a no frills hotel. But you ll get what you paid for. Service is professional. Located in the city center. Satisfied stay.
