It was my another business trip and stay was between 8th January to 12th January 2018. The location of this hotel was really plus point for me as it is hardly 2 minutes away from railway station. The best part what i felt is really nice that service staffs are available 24x7 even if you call at mid night for any help they are ready to serve you. B'fast options are quite enough for me (Do not forget to order DOSA, as it is really tasty). One thing I want to mention that please do not keep packed juice. Dinner options are few as I prefer always vegetarian but few of them are really tasty specially "Methi ka Paratha".
Hotel staffs are really professional, well mannered and always ready to help. Hotel is little bit old in age but well maintained.

For many years, i was planning to go back to this steel city to relive my childhood memories, memories of my school and college. And finally last December it was execution time. Year end off and weather was just perfect to visit Rourkela. Had heard about this hotel since my college days and after going through the reviews, thought i should give it a try. So here's my experience in short.
Firstly, booking was super easy. Write an email and they would confirm within couple of hours. No advance needed. Email response was very prompt.
Our train arrived at 4:45 am, but the hotel is so close to the station, that you can actually walk down. So reaching there was easy. You can ask for a pick up if you have some heavy luggage and that is complimentary. In our case too they had arranged one.
Coming to rooms, the rooms are fairly big and clean. Bath rooms were big too, and clean. The only problem i faced there was wifi wasnt working. The towels provided were also bit old. Being located right on a busy junction outside the station, dont expect great views either from your room.
Overall the hotel is old, but still well maintained. The play area in ground floor had games which can keep your kids happy, but some of the equipment was outdated and not in good condition.
The other request is to keep the gym well maintained which wasnt the case.
We had opted for breakfast inclusive package. Breakfast had a decent spread.
One of the highlights was the super helpful nature of the staff. Always smiling and very courteous. In fact, i had left my Kindly reading tablet while checking out, but they were kind enough to hand it over to one of our family friends later.
Overall i would say, nice business hotel for a short stay at the heart of the city.

The best thing of this Hotel is its location as it is just 1 min away from Rourkela Railway Station. This City is the proud owner of Indiaâs one of the biggest Integrated Steel Plant namely Rourkela Steel Plant under the umbrella of Steel Authority of India Limited.
Staffs are well-mannered, front desk executives are very smart, prompt & helpful. Free buffet breakfast is available with huge spread of sumptuous items. Rooms are quite clean and cosy. Room services are very prompt. There is a separate bar attached to this property. Hotel offer Railway Station transportation You will find a local market in vicinity.
Very good place to have a brisk walk, while enjoying the shops, walk in the evening. Nice stay & highly recommended

Been a 1 day trip to Rourkela to attend a meeting and got a chance to stay here. I have also had my breakfast & launch there. Staffs are enough friendly. Check-in was fast though the Check-out bit slower. Free Pickup & Drop is another plus. Room size is enough (Delux A/C) big with sofas and a tea table, minibar. Bathroom is good in size with all full toiletries. Room, Bathroom and all parts of the hotel are neat & clean, well maintained. Room slipper 1 set is there. Own car parking inside. Its very close to the Railway station and easily walk-able if having light baggage. Breakfast was nicely spread. Food at restaurant is tasty and delicious. Price of food and bar are at higher side, can be reduced to be pocket friendly and competitive, considering a 3* hotel. Bed linens are clean but I disliked the towels, which are enough old. Must to replace soon. Room Service staffs are very very co-operative and friendly. Over all my experience was very good and I liked the stay. I shall opt this one on my next stay(s). I visited the hotel in Nov '17 for one day. I had a good idea about the same but I felt the Property is not doing well as per Guests' comfort.
Room : Availed premium room. It was shabby with old furniture & overall look. The TV is majotly full of local Channels & not the national ones.
Bedcover is too old with spots/stains.
Restaurant : The only aspect I liked is the Staffs' cordial behaviour. Food quality is average.
