Lavish property with a lavish buffet spread.
The lobby is incredibly huge. Once you enter, the feeling is amazing. There is a prototype of a ship inside the lobby and Portuguese painting on the walls. They have a huge lobby with seating space, concierge table, spa reception, the main reception, travel desk. Once you go below via the lobby, there is the table tennis there. Further down the stairs, there comes the pool area and road with access to the villas. The rooms are in the main building.
The restaurant Lucio is on the right, Greco in the pool area, Upper Deck on the upper right and Sangres at the Upper left. The service and courtesy of the staff is amazing.
The rooms are complete with all fittings as expected. But what turned me down was the excessively cramped shower area and dim lighting in the rooms. The pros was that the balcony door is fine tuned with the air conditioning. If the door is not properly closed, then the air conditioning won't work. Good job on that.
For access to the beach, you can take a walk or take a ride on the buggy. The beach is at a fair distance from the hotel and has to accessed via Novotel (Ex-Dona Sylvia).

I had my sonâs marriage in Radisson Blu, south Goa. The property is excellent with all the required facilities. Rooms are well maintained, neat and clean with superb housekeeping. The service quality and hospitality of hotel across all the functions are excellent and due to this our wedding event went so well that it was like a dream come true. All the guests were amazed and were fully satisfied. We did not have a single person out of gathering of 400 person complaining.
We had elaborative vegetarian food (jain and non jain both) which was served by Radisson Blu and its upper devi restaurant was fully dedicated to us. Cheff Mahes and his entire team is wonderful and helped us with excellent food and flexibility in the menu as well as timing. Entire team from F&b, front office, house keeping, transportation, marketing banquet etc are excellent without which such an excellent event would not have been possible. The food was excellent and entire guests from old, young to children enjoyed it.
At the end, this is an exceptional hotel with exceptional service quality .1

First of all the staff are amazing, the best, so polite, friendly, and makes your holiday one of the best Iâve had. We stayed in the hotel, the rooms are nice, but bathrooms need tlc, think the rooms are a bit pricey. Also not guaranteed hot water every day, the buffet breakfast has something for everyone, had meal in the sagra it was not so good, the Greek restaurant is a must, I never tried the upper deck, but it looked good. The hotel is central to beach, shops, and restaurants, this is one of my favourite hotels.

Overall decent stay. The rooms- especially bathrooms, need to be refurnbished. The house keeping service needs to improve their function. The breakfast buffet is good - large sppread, good taste and wellserved.

The hotel is just next to the beach and there is internal road from the hotel connecting to the beach though its not a private beach. The rooms are good. The food is also great. Wifi access available.
