We stopped for drinks on the way to the underground.
The staff were very friendly and the wine was lovely.
The red wine served (The Federalist) must have been the end of the bottle and all of the sediment was poured into my glass. Not pleasant and ruined the last of the glass.
Based on this we werenât happy to pay the full service charge that had been added to the bill. The bar staff then challenged us on our departure claiming that we hadnât paid the bill in full.
The bill was paid in full, the shortfall was the âdiscretionary service chargeâ which we werenât happy to pay after the sediment issue (we did leave a tip, just not the amount that the staff were expecting). A shame that the staff were more concerned about their money rather than finding out why we werenât happy to pay the âdiscretionary service chargeâ that theyâd added to the bill.

I stayed here for one night ahead of a meeting and being familiar with Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels I knew the small room/bathroom vs high cost was to be expected... however I was appalled with the food needless to say it was left uneaten and I was forced to eat off the premises.. not what you need after a long day of travelling!! I personally will not be returning.

I used to stay here a lot because of its great location but I tend to avoid it now as itâs not great value compared to the NPW for me (I work in Canary Wharf).
- The standard double rooms are small.
- breakfast is very cramped when busy.
- no English mustard to accompany cooked breakfast.
I only return when I must be in this area.

This hotel is well located in the heart of London in the main shopping district - the only hotel on Oxford Street. The rooms are clean & spacious, but are just missing supplying you with bath robes for added comfort while you are stay there. Guest Relations manager is very attentive to your needs & requirements prior & during your stay in their hotel. Staff are friendly & polite. Unfortunately they lack enough umbrella's to supply their guests with for London's rainy weather conditions, that you have to go out & buy one yourself. Overall I look forward to my return there when I am back in London for business.

It is an Excellent Hotel right in the heart of Oxford Street. We got upgraded and the room was bigger than most hotels in London. The Breakfast could be a bit improved.Special Thanks to Louis and Jade Rey, it was an excellent stay !!
