As I'm going almost regularly to Brussels for business reasons in the last two years, this time we decided to go all together and spend four days on our own, before heading to the formal part. Although we're not usually taking this kind of "light luxury" places, we got a brilliant offer for a junior suite here and took large, spacious room that perfectly suited our needs. It was Thursday to Monday stay and since hotels in Brussels are generally less demanded for weekends, you might ask and get great deals for such a combination.
Our baby girl just loved the room, we felt totally relaxed, even lazy and, stayed in even more than we planned. However, we truly enjoyed this EU abandoned area for weekend and a surrounding places that are mostly outside of general touristic attractions and agenda
This especially goes to a fantastic Ixelles neighbourhood which we explored and ate, among other things, the best ever French fries at several locations, mostly as a street food.
The hotel itself, however, it's not offering too much regarding amenities & services, yet its positive atmosphere, vibrant colours and ambience, and smart locally-inspired (mostly through Belgian comics) design are overwhelming and keeping its place in one's mind and memory.

I wanted a new hotel close to a conference in the city. Having read other reviews and looked at the photos, I was prepared for something fresh and untypical. The Red did not disappoint. Firm and comfortable beds, good soundproofing and the blinds/curtains cut out any external light. Nice bathroom - though the water from the rain shower head does flow over the shower basin onto the floor. Good and simple breakfast, quick and attentive service.

This hotel is very unusual with cartoons on the walls. The reception is youth-oriented with billiard table and other games. few service personnel on site. No coffe machine in the room, and I could not find a coffe machine at all. May be the reason was that the hotel has a cafe which sells coffee. The bed was very good, and it was quite. I recommend this hotel for persons who enjoy cartoons!

My first stay at this hotel. Nicely located and good for accessing many of the EC buildings.
Very good WiFi system, very good blinds and curtains to fully darken the room, nice range of TV channels, comfortable bed and a decent breakfast.
Most likely will be back for more stays here.

The hotel is new and renovatef with modern rooms. Near to place Lux and Parliament. Excellent conditions of the room very clean. The breakfast is totally poor and you must always ask and demand every kind from the kitchen (eggs, cheese, waffles, bacon etc). They did not fill with shampoo or handsoap or conditioner or toilet paper the bathroom) you must ask twice a day about that. I was dissapointrd even if the hotel is new.
