I stayed in the hotel as I came to attend a conference. Very nice hotel rooms and service. The staff was helping for all needs. The location is reasonable though not very attractive. It took about 35-40 mins from airport to reach the hotel. Value for money place.

My family and I stayed at Radisson Blu city hotel in Chennai and we were very pleased with the comfort, friendly staff and very clean and spacious room. Buffet food offered lot off variety and catered for VEGAN as well...a plus for this hotel.

It is located in heart of Chennai, close to all popular places. The check-in was very smooth thanks to Bala. The room was spacious and so was bathroom. We had breakfast which was delicious. The gym was very impressive though empty. The spa service was good. Overall everything was positive. Value for money !!

Pros: In the middle of the city Very close to Mount Road. Sangeetha(Very good restaurant ) at 4 min walk from the hotel. Huge rooms. Beautiful bathroom and big size shower. Breakfast spread is huge. Loved the bircher muesli and the detox corner. Even Japanese food was being served in bf. I didn't try though. Check in was quick. It is 45 mins from the airport and 2km from the egmore railway station. The famous ranganathan street is 4 km from here.
Cons: dinner food service was very slow. The restraunt looked under staffed.

Ambience is quite ok and with goos spacious room. Located at good place and nearby good market with mall as well. Food is good but the service need lot of improvement. You have to remind them always for every work. Rest is ok
