I stayed for the third time in last 6 months. Although Variety of Food is good, but House keeping and other things need serious call. I stayed in Single occupancy, still two beds room was allotted to me. EVen after the request, they had not changed it. Further TV was also not working in the room, and even after repeatedly calling, No one from the Hotel came for that.

I had a really bad experience with the Radisson Blu Flavour Club, when I tried to book the room I was told there are no rooms available but after running after them for 4 days I was a given a reservation in the hotel. I booked a birthday cake with the Flavours Club but when I arrived at the hotel the pastry shop guy told me that there is not reservation in my name and same was repeated at the restaurant table reservation as well.
I don't know what to say this the experience I had when I am a member of the Flavours Club.
Added on the rooms are small and totally in bad shape, being a 5* hotel they have no standard.

A wedding to attend wid perfect menu n venue just loved it totally thanks to the staff who is super supportive loved everything... Food was good n so was the service. Everything was just perfect. All d Best

I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife. Although it was hectic day as was traveling for long. Location of the hotel is not that good but services were as per 5*.
Room was big and comfortable. Restaurant services was exceptionally well and would like to special mention to restaurant manager Ranjit who made us feel like home during dinner and I was surprised to see him welcoming us in the morning breakfast after finishing late night shift. And he was well groomed and smile was there as was last night. Even restaurant was busy during the breakfast I found him very efficient and helpful.

it was a business trip last week ... on checking in was pleasantly told that I was being upgraded to a suite... well who doesn't like a free upgrade?....
unbiasedly speaking, the room was neat and very spacious and good ambience ... the breakfast choice was excellent and the staff was very courteous and helpful ... one thing though ...even in the suite the bathroom slippers were both right foot!!!!... well I guess everyone is human ....
still a good experience .....
