Excellent location...great service....awesome food....nice room....what else do you need?? the room is cozy as well as spacious.They have thought well towards the layout of the room. Apt lightning and decor. Room service was prompt and taste was good. Located beside a mall such that you have more dining options as well as shopping and to kill time even watch a movie. Staff is courteous and warm.

We were there during the Republic Day weekend with a wedding group for 5 nights. One of the best properties ever. Prompt and courteous staff with a smile on their face always. Good breakfast buffet selection. Elegant and classy rooms. Quiet corridor's. Reception staff A1. Staff managing the lift - A big big big kudos to them. Laundry & Housekeeping staff - Clap clap clap. IRD - Bang on. Concierge - Superb. I have all good things to talk about this hotel. I can just go on and on. One advise, please have the duty of the people managing the lift removed. It is not required. I really feel it is not required. Thank you again to the entire team for this experience.

We stayed over at Radisson Ludhiana as we wanted to visit Guruji birth place in Dungri, Malerkotla the next day. We use Radisson properties regularly on our short frequent leisure trips. We know what to expect and we have never been disappointed. Radisson Ludiana not only what we expected but exceeded. The upgrade to a superior category was a whao experience. Only problem was the room temperature even after turning off the AC was 20/21dgree C.

It's my business trip to Ludhiana, and I stay in Radisson, very nice hotel multiple choice of restaurants,Excellent service, Clean Room, at the time of arrival I request to manager Mr.Ajay for upgrade. I am getting upgrade city view room . All staff in restaurant are very familiar .Nice food quality in breakfast. Thanks for all service and for the upgrade my room.

It took us 45mins to leave the road in to the hotel. Upon arrival ground floor is just a floor no check in counters, so you have to leave your luggage and go up to 5th floor, had to wait 10mins and found the booking in a mess, booking time was told I have 2 rooms with twin single beds ( my tour operator was told by head office that there are 6 single twin bed rooms, on inquiry with bellboy he said there are 5 single twin bed rooms) so no one know whatâs right, and when moved in room they were king size beds, went back to check in to sort out, I was told there is only 2 room with single beds, finally with lot of arguments and hassle I was moved to 9th floor with connecting rooms, large rooms but not up to Raddison Blu standard.
Finally settled in the rooms I get a complement from manager as 2 Rubbish 6 tiny blobs of chocolates boxes, which I sent back.
TOTALLY UPSETING DISAPPOINTING STAY
Not recommend HoTeL
