My wife and child are very happy to stay in this hotel and all staff are excellent. Thay are very kind and cooperation .But thay have to put little more effort on room cleaning and house keep . House also good

This Hotel is situated 5 minutes from Nagpur Airport and is on the main Wardha Road. Probably the best hotel in Nagpur with ambient rooms and decent breakfast spread. for some reservations done directly through the hotel, you even get complimentary airport transfers both ways.

Good hotel with all the required facilities.Rooms are spacious and well appointed.Almost all in room facilities are covered.
Very convenient location especially for the city centre and airport. Food is delicious and staff is very friendly. The Spa is excellent.
My complaints the water pressure in shower was very low. I asked to have my bill settled in INR but they put the transaction through on my credit card in ZAR which was 10% more expensive.
Despite these issues I would return.

The Air Con didnât work in our room neither did one key. After 10 mins we had no response for a room change. Creative Cuisine offers a la carte all day, but we were told it was not open till 7.30pm - it's the buffet that starts at 7.30pm.. Our cocktails at supper took 17 mins. At 9.30pm the fire alarm went off and guests all came out into the corridor. No staff appeared. I went downstairs and the staff were just carrying on as if nothing had happened: Ritesh, Anshu, Ayan. At 7am, staff were not ready to serve breakfast. Asked for âfluffy omelette. It never arrived. Asked for hot water â didnât arrive. There are signs all round the hotel saying Radisson Blu offer 100% service guarantee, but when we asked through our travel agent for a refund, they refused. Stay away from this ghastly place and its dishonest marketing.

Good sleep quality
Good spread in buffet (was Navratri time and they had Bengali theme...that was good experience)
Close to airport...silent location
