Visiting the Radisson Blu St Helen`s Hotel for the first time was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were excellent, the room was very well appointed with various items that you could or would use. The gardens looked very nice and come Spring and Summer they will be beautiful. The different dining options at the Hotel were well used, we enjoyed in the Orangie Lounge beside the fireplace and the lovely lady who was from Mauritius ran the catering side and ensured that all customers were looked after. 5 star treatment at this Hotel. Will definitely be returning later this year. Breakfast gives you an option of the garden room or the breakfast room, either or 1st class.

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was great! We had a business room and it was really good. Can't actually remember if we had breakfast. But I remember the lobby. One of the most beautiful I've ever seen. High roof, giant windows with deep red blinds, really well decorated and designed. And the balcony with a view of the fountain was great! I hope we will return one day.

A very warm welcome from reception staff was the start of a wonderful two night stay in this gem of a hotel. Accommodation was spot on and eating in the Orangery, with great views of the gardens, was an experience we would like to repeat. Food was amazing and staff very attentive. We did not want for anything. Proximity to city centre just perfect as only a 10 minute drive to centre of Dublin. We will definitely be back.

This place has a very corporate vibe, it felt like get them in and get them out. The property is beautiful outside, and the rooms were ok, but they sure did not match their opulent surroundings. The breakfast was also ok. It is a bit far out of the center of town for tourists, so maybe this is better for conferences. There were several going on while we were there.

The hotel itself is beautiful on the outside, set in nice grounds. The staff all seem friendly, but sadly, the rooms are somewhat dated.
Whilst well equipped with plug sockets, safe, ironing board, TV, wifi etc... the shower was moldy, the TV was poorly tuned and had a fuzzy picture, the lights each had to be turned on manually, the heating/cooling worked OK, but was very noisy, you could hear the TV from the neighbouring room etc...
Also, there were large queues (that moved quite slowly) for check out, meaning a number of us in the group had to miss breakfast.
For EUR 170 a night, I've come to expect a little better. I think a refurbishment could turn this back into a great hotel.
