I enjoying my stay here for 2 nights and restaurant food also good then I decide to try their SPA, oh God .. the masseur really not professional, she scratch my skin during massaging .. also confused with their rules about room slipper and dental kit should as based on guest request ððð so ridiculous,Iâm not interested to go visit the property in future better find some better hotels

sorry to say,, entrance to the premises is totally confusing.. if yu are visiting for the first time. i had to walk a lot till i got to the right entrance no playcards or banner for guiding.does not reflect a five star hotel,, very casual approach... needs a professional touch of coming to the reputation of Reddiason group... reception is a mess,,,i was invited for lunch..again a chaos.. tables layout very poor.. so much the service cannot be provided properly if a group is there..but the food is excellent.. service needs improvement as overlapping many a time..people are good but needs more professional touch.needs improvement a lot.. not sure about rooms..

The hotel is well located, close to Gurgaon business district and near the national highway to Delhi and to the DEL Airport. The best about the hotel is it's people, who make you feel like at home after few days. I have used most of the facilities, such as gym, spa, restaurant, bar, and found nice people everywhere. I had some travel issues and had to leave the hotel shortly. Once I retuned the entire resturant team gave me a cake and gathered to welcome me back. It was such a warm heart feeling. If I have the opportunity, I will definitively come back to Radisson Gurugram. My special thanks goes to Krishna (Gym) and his colleagues in the restaurant area - Deepak, Yogesh, Bharat , Babhist , Fiordeep, Sarna, Mahesh Sharma.

Very nice place to stay. Conveniently close to the airport and short taxi drives to many important places around town. The hotel is a bit isolated in an industrial area and it can get tricky to get taxis/Uber to there. You'll get one, but many will avoid the security check and stay outside. Ask for help in the hotel lobby and it gets sorted out quickly. What excels in this place is the staff, and their disposition to help with a big smile. Exceedingly good service. Good food in the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Not the cheapest place however.

One day remain in Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar on business meeting.Good Options in stay Gurgaon that inn. Room is Clean And agreeable and lodging whole staff is so decent and cordial handle everything is simple. eatery is great. Sustenance quality is so wonderful .I because of Bonzo Travel Services Guide me that lodging remain.
