We have a plant in Anjar and Radisson is one of the most frequently visited hotels by our teams as well as place where we host many official guests and parties. They have permit for liquor which is like a blessing in the state of Gujarat, where liquor is prohibited. The food quality is quite good and so is the ambiance.

I have stayed in Radisson Kandla 3 times. All the visits have been very satisfactory. After a hectic business/work day, one needs comfort and quietness and Radisson offers it to perfection. Despite proximity to railway crossing, it is quiet and peaceful. Fitness Center is well equipped and spacious. Landscaping of the property is attractive enough to have a walk outside. Room decor is good and staff is helpful and courteous. If in Gandhidham or Kandla, Radisson is a place to stay.

1) Had to ask for welcome drink / water during check in.
2) Rooms are not ready until 4:30 pm.
3) Rooms are stinking despite several showers of room fresher during 3 nights
4) Taste of delicacies during Buffet Breakfast are not up to the mark in taste.
5) No one arrange cake (complimentary / paid) despite told to front desk in advance about my parents anniversary. No room decoration as well either with bath towels / balloons.
6) Front desk didn't tell about facilities like playing area or any recreational activities in hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Great service from staff at the hotel, staff were attentive. We have stayed here in the past and the property is very well maintained. Complimentary pick and drop to Kandla airport was much appreciated. Kudos to the team.

Did a one night stop over stay in this property on my way to Kutch. Property was well maintained, staffs were friendly. Food was awesome. Overall lives up to the Radisson brand. We loved staying here and would love to come back.
Nit picking on few items, found the place a bit noisy in the night. Neighboring room playing loud TV, trains passing closer to the property. Had a tinge of smoking smell in the corridor. Made me wonder why would I be checked into a smoking floor when I was with my son! The room service staff who served us dinner was not quite sure on how to layout the food. Front office staff may have to up their friendly approach a bit.
