Checked into hotel on the 5 February 2018. The hotel is dated . The room smells terribly musty. There is poor lighting in the rooms . Hotel staff are quite rude and complacent. Defintely does not live up to the brand . Am checked into room 411. Internet cobnection is pathetic to say the least.

Staff was fantastic. Facilities were good. Indian sized elevators created bottlenecks day and night. WiFi was weak and wimpy. The location is convenient to Varanasi sights. Price was about right for what was provided.

The hospitality here was unbelievable. Our breakfast waiter stayed by our table making sure we had all we needed and even made us a special blend of his own Chai tea. Our stay at the Radisson was very pleasant and comfortable. The check in procedure was swift and we were taken to our suite room on the 5th floor.
The room was very spacious - had a decent size sitting area and 2 bathrooms - one was a powder room attached to the sitting area and the other was a fairly big washroom with big tub and separate shower areas.
We had lunch at the restaurant on the 1 st floor - the dal tarka and paneer kulcha were very well made.
In a nutshell - would love to stay here again during my next visit.

I have visited this hotel. All staff is great. It was all in all a great experience. It is located in a good area for all I wanted to do which was visiting temples. I want to give this hotel a 4.5 only because I feel they can change there towels. There towels are worn some. But not bad. I think they need to keep their prestige. There was a concern with the AC blowing dust and almost immediately it was taken care of after we made remarks. The meals were good but this one staff in East West restaurant just mad everything great. Her name was Riya. I honesty felt like she was the manager. She was that good in how she carried herself and took care of her guest. All service was excellent. Thanks again
