We booked this hotel for 2 nights â 23rd & 24th December 2017 and checked-in on 23/12/17 but left on 24/12/17 itself.
Their photo operation on the web is of an impressive architecture and well-maintained interiors are totally different than the reality on the ground.
When we checked-in on 23/12/17 at 2.30 p.m., PREETI RECEIVED US AT THE RECEPTION. The girl was so lost that she even forgot about the welcome drink ; not even a plain glass of water was offered to us. She was that absent minded that without even reading our confirmation, she got our luggage shifted in a room whereas we had book a Luxury Tent. When we confronted, then our luggage was shifted back to the tent which was hopeless. And on our request, we were given room : Deluxe Palace Room. In all this, full one hour was wasted from a location to another.
Anyway, we were given room no 1102, facing their park, in which a wedding function was taking place. Music/DJ was blowing in full mode without botheration the inconvenience of the in-house guests. No prior notification was given at the time of the booking that this event will be taking place.
The music was playing till 7 p.m at full volume and we were told that all will be over by 7:30pm. At about 7.30 â 8 p.m. lot of labour and two trucks arrived in the park and started removing the structure erected for this party and were loading the same till midnight in trucks with lot of noise, making our stay more miserable. Next day at 6 a.m. trucks/tempos were again on the ground to take away the remaining material. (Photos of the same are enclosed). The view from our room was seeing all garbages, please see pictures. We took a round of the ground and the entire area was filthy and was stinking.
In our room - No towel, no dental kit, soaps, no water, no tea/coffee in tray in room and no one was there to fulfil guestâs requirements as âstaffâ was busy in attending the function. Even the bed-linen was so dirty that we asked the staff to change it. Pillow covers were torn, oil covered back-rest of the bed and lot of seepage in the wall.(photos are given herewith)
An absolute mismatch in expectation from a 5 star rating to a dirty, dingy, palatial looking structure. The management seems to be misleading with great photography but poor maintenance. The pictures will speak for themselves.
We requested Shishir and Preeti-both at reception to arrange a meeting with Mr Pradeep Pillai, VP, Mr Durgesh Sharma, GM and Mr. Girish Aggarwal, CMD to air our grievances, but the same was not arranged, for the reasons best known to them.
âBankruptcyâ of services / professionalism missing from Rajasthali.
This hotel lacks the basic courtesy which hospitality industry needs and I would not recommend this hotel for stay even for few hours. They should convert this place into a âbanquet for marriage / partyâ rather than hotel / resort /spa.
I would request Rajasthan Tourism Deptt / CM Rajasthan to take necessary steps in this regard so that name of Rajasthani hospitality for which Rajasthan is famous for should not get spoiled or get bad name due to such players who are not bothered about the inconvenience of the in-house guests.

No one to attend at reception.
No towel, no dental kit in room.
No accommodation for drivers.
This property is even worst than OYO rooms.
Room is pathetic. Lots of noise of music & DJ coming in room due to some marriage party is there.

Fantastic venue for weddings. Perfect place to stay and host full wedding package. Feel like being in Palace. Excellent food quality. Cottages are just beautiful. Very enjoyable. Strongly recommend for any wedding of corporate function as well.
Good for Destination Events

Stayed here for a night to attend a wedding function. The resort is famous for Destination Weddings & Events.
Conveniently located, offers accommodation both in rooms as well as luxury tents. Pathways & Lawns are well manicured & exteriors well kept. However, interiors (especially for tents) are not maintained up to the mark - nevertheless the rooms are elaborately furnished & gives you a royal feeling.
Ample parking but again ill maintained & full of loose gravel. Early morning hot water not available unless & until you specifically ask for it. Housekeeping needs improvement.
While planning weddings, you need to select caterer carefully, define have/have-nots for the rooms for guests, otherwise half of the things will be missing from the standard inclusions. Tents are not good for light sleepers as highway sounds can be disturbing at night.
