Ramada is a very nice hotel. The crew is very good and proffesional. Also the food was perfect! I had a big room, clean and smokefree. There are a lot of nice spots on walking distance. Thanx for everthing.

I was on a short business trip to Jeddah and found this hotel on Expedia and the fare was encouraging. Their services were good and staff were nice. I needed to extend my stay for one more day so I bargained on the rate that thy gave me and I won. Upon checking out They asked me to pay the difference as the staff on the day before was a new one and should not have given me any discount. Few days later I was reviewing my credit card statement and I noticed that the hotel charged me for my stay. I called Expedia and was informed that they have already charged for my stay and the hotel has no right to charged me again.
I felt so bad be a victim of scam so I complained and the hotel reimbursed me.

Visited the hotel for 5 nights business trip (my first visit to Jeddah & KSA as well). Stay in the hotel was comfortable, breakfast is good. Decent location. They need to improve lighting in the room as low lighting makes it feel a bit depressing with no view from the room. Facilities are decent.

The rooms was extra large and very good. Location of hotel is excellent
Free wifi in the rooms the rooms was clear and everything you need was available
But the breakfast was very poor, this was the only negative point of this hotel.
