Best Sunday Brunch

Must say I had the best Sunday Brunch in Gurgaon. I love Indian food and brunch was full of Indian dishes. Chaat, tikki, golgappe, dosa, chole kulche live counters made it interesting. Buffet spread was extensive with amazing range of desserts. Red velvet pastry stole the show. Must try!

Ramada is good place to stay. Near to Gurgaon Metro. It has open Pool and that on TOP floor which is jst awesome. One can relax at their SPA which Pool side. Food Quality is awsme. they have open Lawn too. Parking is good. Staff is nice

Very nice ambience and food

Beautiful ambience and central area. The staff is very cooperative. Most importantly I loved the food. The variety of food was so good and tempting. It is easily accessible. I went there for attending an event though it was very nice place.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Arrived in The afternoon with a group. Got a room on 2. Floor. On first floor All rooms were Beeing renovated (see picture), and the High noise did, that We could not hear The tv, We could not talk, but had to stout to each other, and it was of cource impossible to sleep. We called The management and complained, and Said We would like another room, because We would like to take a nap. Two managers arrived, and Said, that The noise would stop at 8 o’clock in The evening. 2 1/2 hours later! The Indian guy in The room next door also complained, and he was told, that they could not do anything about it.

The wiew from The hotel room was sad (see The picture) and either in The afternoon, The evening or The morning were there hot water in The shower.......maybee because of The renovation?
Two of The group Got rooms without electricity in The room. One of The group had their daughter with Them, but The room they Got, only had 2 beds, not 3.....

The group had dinner in The hotel restaurant, and this is What We experienced: The buffet was cold, also The dishes that should have been Warm, The waiter took one of The groups drink, when The glass was 1/3 full, The guy sitting next to my husband and I, Got The Bill for ourdrinks, and The waiter asked us to pay him the difference because he could/would not correct the error himself. No one in The group was satisfied that evening....

In The morning We had to leave early, so We were told, We could have breakfast at 6.30. But.... there was no coffee cups at The tables or near The coffee, so We had to look Them up All over The room (and 2 people borrowed used cups, from others in The group), The coffee was so cold, that 2/3 left without drinking it, The bacon was cold, and everyone (All 21) sad at The tables and talked about their dissatisfaction with The hotel.

And The staff, especially the waiters and kitchen staff..... not motivated. They did not provide service. In fact, it felt, as if they were insecure or afraid.

Look at my other reviews on Tripadvisor. I am normally positive, gives often 5 Stars, but this time, I have to say, that this is one of my worst hotel experiences in my life!

Utter disappointment.

Unprepared room-The bed linens were crumpled, no bath robe or slippers, dental kit was missing, no hot water for shower and the flush does not work proper.
The food was bland.
Towels and bath rob sent later looked worn out completely.
Room service was delayed by 4 hours.
Staff have extremely poor communication skills.
Absolutely pathetic stay for a 4 star hotel. Would not advise anyone to stay here.
Already dreading breakfast.

Quite evident that their cost cutting model has directly impacted in low class guest experience in all aspect.

Ramada is an utter disappointment

This stay should be refunded ideally.
