the hotel is located close to Coral Island and to the beach, close to mall
the breakfast is acceptable
the sofa need to be renewed as its seems to be worn out
the staff is cooperative, but you need to wait for the concierge service

I had a nice coffee at the hotel lobby. Actually, the was nice. However, the lobby is very quiet and I think the hotel administration needs to do something to be more interesting. I will come again and I hope they fix the issue regarding the lobby

We stayed in this hotel for one night only ( we came for shopping in Dammam ).
The location was excellent , near the shopping center and not in the middle of the big traffic.
Room was very good, having most of the eccessories you may need ( kettel, microwave, .... etc)
Breakfast buffet was very good ,there was some arabic and some internatioal choices .
We order lunch and dinner in our room, price was accepted , lunch was very good but the dinner was average ( most of the thing in the menu was not available , so we order the mix gril which i felt laking seasoning.
The hotel was nice and the staff were kind and frindly.

I spent 1 night at this hotel I was visiting Dammam for business. The price was super value for money despite it was during the school spring holiday and it was the main reason for choosing the place. The check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. The location is the best part. Close to Dammam corniche, on a main street and near by are a plenty of restaurants. The room was large and slightly below average. Furniture is quite old and the bathroom was very small. The cheap room rate included a breakfast which was a plus but I didn't try it as I was in a hurry. Overall, a good hotel for budget travelers.

Chose this hotel as part of business trip in Dammam, This is a budget hotel located centrally, McDonalds is 2 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel needs some plumbing work, You either get very hot water or very cold water. Fairly decent hotel to stay . Recommended for all travelers.
