i was there with my parents and it is not far from the nabawy masjid but there was many hotels near than it
it was a very nice place and the breakfast was very good so i liked it and i may go there soon

Everything were old and dirty except bed linens. Breakfast was terrible..well we can say it is for hajj and umrah trip but cant be that bad..no internet on the floors , no hot water for shower. Only good things is location , 5 - 6 minutes by walf to haram..Thats all I can say.

Clean big rooms with enough space. Locker inside the room. Clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice view of Uhad mountain for room we stayed. Close to Haram. 5 minutes walk. Nice hotel with good facilities.

This is a very good Hotel and close to Haram. It takes 10 minute to reach the Haram. This Hotel is very close to good Restaurant for Dinning. Hotel is very clean and Beautiful. Room Service is very good, some rooms have a very good view of Mount UHUD.

5.5/10 to start with. The location is quite good. Close to gate 15 of the Haram. Now, the property appeared to be terrific a while ago, but now it's declined significantly. Upon my check, the basin was leaking which was immediately fixed. Rooms will only be going to be cleaned if you are present in the room. Old carpets. Gloomy hotel from inside - lights are very minimal inside the property. Breakfast was quite poor. I would rather go outside and eat. Talk to Hassan, the Manager, he is a magic man and will solve all your issue within no time.
I stayed with my family in March 2017. The Internet is quite slow, but the staff is helpful to an extent!
I will browse other hotels before staying here again!
