The hotel is quite near to the men's entrance and Gate no 5 of masjid al Nabawi. Please be aware that the women's entrance is quite a distance... brisk walking about 15-20 minutes, longer if you have a slow walker or elderly person with you.
This hotel is very basic, wifi only works in the lobby, cleaning service comes only when requested, if at all. Breakfast is very limited (we often skipped breakfast) with no variety, the same things everyday.
Good budget hotel, not luxury.

Bery very bad hotel. I have visited many but this one is disaster.
1. Very dirty wals and bathroom... many haits all around with yellow spots. Old used sanitaries all around. It seems nobody cleaned the room
2. Bads and sheets with hair and yellow spots. It looks that somebody just used.
3. Water is yellow and very bed pressure
4. Finger traces on mirrors and walls and lot of duat in whole room.
5. No WIFI at all in rooms. Only in lobby but not working!
6. Only one towel... can you imagine?
This is unbeliveable that hotel in this holly place can be so dirty and like this. Avoid it as much as possible.
This is not and cant be 3 star. Its 1 star

The hotel is just across the road from the gate no.5 to Masjid Al Nawabi.
Very good location, you could leave from the hotel after the azaan for salah on time.
The hotel had very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and quiet air con system.
The dacore was nic.
There was free wifi in the lobby area.
Bathroom had a bath and shower, hair dryer and small line to dry your clothes.
There food shops and other shops nearby too.
There food was very good too.

I stayed five nights with my wife in Ramada Madinah Al Qibla from 7th April to 11th April and checked out on the 12th April early morning. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Madinah. The staff members were specially the arabs were not polite. The most of them do not understand a single word of English. There is no room service. You need to call the reception and tell if you want anything but the person in the reception will not understand English easily but in not cases not at all. The bath room is in a very pathetic condition. There was no cap for the bathroom tub therefore you cannot fill the tub to take a proper bath. The bath room lights were not working properly. They were very dim and all the time blinking. Although I reported this no action was taken by the hotel staff. We used the same bedsheet and pillows for all five nights. They were not changed. The bath room shower had a very low pressure and there for we had to use the toilet washer near the bath tub to take bath. Further, we had to go to the reception to update the room keys at least once a day since they did not work in most of the times. The hotel has internet only in the ground floor reception. In the bed rooms there is no wi-fi.

The Good:
- The only good point is the location. The hotel is across the street from Gate number 5 of the Prophet's Masjid. However, The ladies prayer area is very far from this hotel.
The Bad:
- The only thing Ramada about this hotel is the sign on the building. There is nothing else Ramada about this hotel, so don't let the name fool you.
- Check in experience was poor. The guy at the front desk told us to wait for no reason while he sat idle staring outside while I, my wife, two kids and my mom stood there waiting. When he was done, he said okay and started processing our check-in.
- There is no in-room wifi. Public wifi available in the small, overcrowded lobby floor.
- There is no housekeeping. If you want your room cleaned, you need to tell them a couple of times and they will send someone. The guy who shows up will ask you what exactly you want him to clean. "Clean everything" is not an answer he is expecting.
- Once they changed our bedsheets and they were dirty with very large dark grey/black patches. I can't imagine how the guy changed the sheets and walked away after seeing those filthy patches. See pictures below.
- Bathrooms were dirty and the floor hasn't been scrubbed for ages.
- Water in the faucets weren't having much pressure.
- Bathroom amenities were cheap Chinese items, not consistent with Ramada brand.
- Bath tub possibly had a leak which they patched and it looked filthy.
- We asked for non-smoking rooms and the room we got was a smoking one.
There are many other hotels in the same area at similar rates. Don't waste your money on this one. The Ramada brand should consider revoking their agreement with this property as it is a disgrace to the brand itself.
