Nice and cozy restaurant and the food are quite good, the attendant are quite alert and very nice looking specially JOY who always smile at every guest. the only complain is the parking, hard to find a space.

We stayed 3 nights here, All staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Room was neat and clean. Room service was fast. Special thanks to Arjhon, Jeff Ang, Karen, Michelle Barleta. Highly thankful to Tourist Guy Manny Bohol who took us on Manila City Tour. He has great English communication skills, knowledge of area and history behind it.
Overall it was a great stay at this Hotel.

Staffs are very nice and accommodating! My family and I checked in for almost a week and for everytime we eat our breakfast in the restaurant, the staffs are very welcoming. Though, I dont like the coffee included to the buffet, the service given to us were really satisfying. Foods are delicious. To ms. jonna who furthered assisted me up to the elevator as I forgot my roomkey card - thank U! and to staffs; roger and rely! Its a big thumbs up ððð. Im sorry I only gave small amt of tip since I dont bring enough cash only my card but I promised to get back and hope to see U soon! Gdluck!

Shower flooded bathroom and was never fixed
i checked out early due to these and other issues

My third time at the Ramada Manila Central. The ground floor and service floors of the hotel are somewhat outdated, but everything is made up by the staff. Everything runs as clockwork at the Ramada, and I am always delighted to come back. Congratulations to the management, and especially to the staff who make it happen daily.
