I hadn't stayed in a Ramada hotel before, room was spacious but quite basic, it looked out onto quay/road with some street noise but I was told I couldn't change since the room was fully booked, wouldn't really look forward to staying in this hotel again but I was unable to find a better one in Liege, staff in bar/restaurant were quite nice so that was one saving grace I suppose

The staff was very professional and attentive...even though my stay was pleasant with no problems they always smiled and greeted me when I walked through the lobby...rooms are large and we'll appointed..the housekeeping staff was very proactive and did a great job tidying up my room each day....

We Made a threeday trip to Luik and enjoyed it very mutch.
The Ramada hotel is a great place to be with friendly staff and nice rooms.
we missed hotel info in our room and a guideline for the airconditioning.

We visited this hotel two weeks ago and were delighted with most aspects of it. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The only criticism was a lack of drawer space. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room. Everywhere was very clean and we would have no hesitation in visiting again.

My wife and I were on a coach tour to Belgium and stayed at the Ramada December 1 to 4.
After reading some of the remarks published here I was rather apprehensive. However, our experience was totally positive: a quiet room (despite being opposite the three lifts!), comfortable beds, nice bathroom etc. The buffet breakfast was very good, offering a choice of hot foods and a range of items one expects for a 'continental' breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful, particularly the reception people. The view from our room was disappointing (we looked out onto a blank wall of the neighbouring apartment block) but we weren't in the room long enough for that to bother us). The dining room was, like the separate breakfast room, in the old Convent. It offered a quite good menu but be warned - the portions are ENORMOUS, and neither my wife nor I could finish them.
Why entitle this review as "Nice to return"? Well, about 7 years ago we stayed at the same hotel, except then it was called the Bedford. The Ramada group has remodelled the huge reception area and generally improved the decorations and fittings elsewhere.
A very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
