Very poor hotel, not up to the level of a five star hotel.
*poor internet.
*no concierge service.
*no welcome drink.

Riyadh is a very hot place during summer. It maintains the legacy of a capital city. Has one of the biggest and finest university. Great places to see like Kingdom Tower and King Faisaliah tower. Has one of the great range of hotel cuisines.

First things first, the hotel is good, its quite, cleanliness and good to sleep rooms. Food is above average and Iftar buffet have lot many options you can't even try them all.
I would have given a better rating for this hotel but I had very bad experience during my stay here. I observed few of the staff members at restaurant treat Indians differently (basically I am an Indian) the way they talk and behave. I am not trying to make this an issue, but there are lot many good hotels in Riyadh and I have been in 3 hotels so far they are good expect this. Well, this is my personal opinion.

Not bad hotel very basic. In old neighborhood nothing much near by except to very small super market next to the hotel. 15 to 20 minutes depends on traffic to Oliya street the commercial area where the malls, shops and restaurants. Its is 3 stories building.Nice room and clean,comfortable bed, free coffee in the room, Iron board, safety box, freindly staff and free high speed net.also have small outdoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.breakfast was good with variety of food. Overall the hotel not bad.

It was my first time to Riyadh, the hotel is ok. May be a 3 star quality. the rooms was good, wifi connection in rooms but not that good.
Helpful staff and very good breakfast.
The location is easy to find, near the center.
I would recommend this hotel for stay in Riyadh.
