During my last few stays in Ramada Tashkent, I found the hotel staff and the management very effective.
That positive attitude leads to my fully satisfaction.

I'm all hope that this general atmosphere will be saved.

We have visited Ramada Tashkent with friends but not inspired by their hotel services, very rude, non-cooperative, poor presentation. No pakistani food just time passed in breakfast / lunch / dinner menu

Ramada Tashkent can be well explained as the most Hilarious Hotel, I have ever visited in the Ramada Group, Entire hote front office staffs are very non cooperative, The main concerns is they have the damaged floor for all the in room toilets & they force every one to take shower inside the toilet but how can a person fit into those bath tub that concern they never understands, They never even listen that water can spread into the floor of the toilets as people goes to the hotel for relaxation not for feeling themselves as they are kept in cage, Infact the breakfast is Hilarious being a branded 4* hotel. Some of the hotel rooms are very cozy as well. The main part is the staffs are not at all cooperative. Please dnt visit the hotel, I have checked in to the hotel with a group size of 19 members & each & every one have complained regarding the room toilets.

We were booked in by our London company who used a local tour company Elite Travels to book us this hotel in Tashkent on our first private tour of Uzbekistan
We had an early check in at0230 and we had asked for a room upgrade.
The room was quiet,clean,soft pillows ,firm beds( same firm beds all over Uz)
The breakfast is self service,adequate for western standards,we found most of the young men from waiters to bell boys ,very pleasant ,helpful ,most of them University students working to earn money.
The hotel manager on duty very pleasant and helpful
I had a good massage ,very reasonably priced.swimming pool and female and male sauna clean
Foreign wines expensive
red Uzbeck wines are ok
The chef Mr Sharma is young enthusiastic Indian chef ,very helpful and cooks great Indian food for dinner
Beer is cold and good
Lifts smell a bit
Our room was massive with sofa and big bed and good shower.
Reasonable area,all of Uzbeck seems safe to walk everywhere
If I needed to come would be happy to come to Ramada

We were part of a pretty large group spending around 4 days at Ramada..
The Pros:
- Large reception with decent wifi connectivity
- Good lounging space outside with good garden spaces around
- Reception staff are friendly and ready to help communicate with the cabs
- Convenience store within 100 mts (you will need it !)
- A pub 'Dublin' at the basement serves a far better range of f & b than the restaurant inside

The Cons:
- Non existent service at the restaurant, I ended up eating fruits on most days as nothing else was replenished inspite of the closure time being 30 mins away. The staff (if you can find them) run around like headless chickens
- The rooms are small, the toilets are smaller.. With a stupid rider than if the water splashed outside the tub then the guest needs to pay $100 as fine..
- Pathetic sound proofing, one can hear 'everything' from the neighbors
- The front office staff actually made an open pass at one of the girls who was part of our group, so ladies and kids beware. Since we were with SOTC we couldn't do much..
- The location is not central, a good 10 to 15 min taxi ride to most places of importance
- Being located in a non busy area taxis are also not frequent

During our trips withing Tashkent we rode past many hotels which looked far more appealing than Ramada.. Best to avoid..
