Just ok, not truly good enough

Not really sure if the resort is designed to service business or leisure travelers, doesn't exactly meet needs & expectations of either. Basic facilities are taken care of, rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photographs. Still, could be a good choice, if a short-stay is a must in this part of the city.

An old outdated and under maintained Resort

Stayed with family for day use prior catching the overnight flight. Got a free upgrade to Suite room, friendly, attentive and courteous staff during the day, evening staff ruined this with pretty little issues due to lack of front desk communication.
No hot water entire my stay just little warm water which was ran out in the afternoon, had to ask the front desk multiple times in the evening, his answer was boiler was off it will take 45 mins to heat, ended up with warm water after 2 hrs. Asked for extra cup and some tea bags in the evening, after repeated calls they showed up after one hour with a bucket and tea bags.
Resort is old, it seriously needs the renovation, you will notice mould every corner in the washroom, broken tiles and not working power ports.
I wish they prepare the room as per the number of people occupying, so the guests dont need to request for extra towels and other amenities.
Tips:
No power ports near the bed, the only available one in the room is under the tv so carry multiple socket one with a long wire.
Hotel is not at all worth for the full price, book only when there is a big discount, so you wont be disappointed.
If you dont get hot water tell them immediately they will not switch on the broiler unless you complain.

My visit to the resort for a days stay on 20th December turned out to be a very harrowing and disappointing experience.
Contrary to what is shown on their website the quality of services was extremely poor. The attitude of the staff was as if they really don't care if you stayed or not stayed on their premises.
This time of the year bengaluru is cold and there was no hot water running. When it was brought to the attention of the staff they just did not bother. Eventually we had to somehow manage to take a bath in cold water. Next day again the same story. No hot water for taking a bath.
Their staff is least bothered and this is a very sorry situation. No one from the management even bothered to meet up with us to resolve the issue. Just when we were checking out,their manager came to meet that too after my repeated request.
It appears that they are not interested in doing hospitality business as they just don't care about customers.
I advise all Trip advisor members not to visit any of their properties on their trip to bengaluru.
Please stay away from Ramanshree California properties.

Average hotel with courteous staff. A little bit of 'tic' maintenance needed

I stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't think some of the rooms have had the maintenance they require for me to provide a better review.
My room itself was fine with adequate space.
The bathroom, while having plenty of hot water and great water pressure, was in need of some maintenance such as replacing the grouting, broken tiles and bath sealant. The shower head could also do with renewing. The bath/ shower tap was a bit stiff too! I did have to request toilet paper on more than one occasion.
On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a mix of Indian and continental choices. Food for dinner was also tasty and portions were good.
The lobby area was bright, clean and welcoming and although I did not use the swimming pool this did look very clean too.
As the corridors are not carpeted it can be a bit noisy when people are walking and talking in them at night.
I had to connect to wifi through use of a code sent through to my mobile, which had to be renewed each day. This was not a huge issue for me personally.

Off beat Resort ! Close to Airport.

I believe this resort is more than 15 years old. Naturally the AC's have outlived the utility and needs replacement. We stayed here for 6 days with MAP plan. Luckily we were upgraded to suite room after 3 days which had a good AC. We were booked at Rs 4500 per day on direct booking and later additional discount of Rs 500 was offered. The resort has a gym, swimming pool, and a basketball court. Sauna facility is not available despite our repeated request. One excuse or the other is given.
Hot water too is an issue during evening times. 24 hours hot water is not available but they arrange for in case of necessity or demand.
Generally buffet breakfast is served but in case occupancy is less Ala Carte breakfast is served, which is good because of freshly prepared stuff. On Sundays special brunch is served, we were unlucky not to taste it because we were invited by family friends for lunch.
Ala Carte Dinner too is good considering they serve what you require. Our food consumption was limited and therefore we enjoyed the same. Basically the resort is filled due to seminars and group booking, which is at bargain price. The location on Doddaballapur main road is ideal for people looking to travel to airport, one need not get caught in traffic jam at Hebbal.
Hopefully they will upgrade all their defective and outdated AC. We would recommend the same on MAP plan !
