Attended Marriage reception at Ramee, it was very good arrangements done to all the guests arrived a good stay and food was excellent. we extended the stay as there was excellent out door games, had a good time .....

We had a very amazing experience about this hotel. Food was execellent. Nice ambienc, staff are very good. GM is very nice & cooperative. Me, my wife & my kids are enjoying a lot. This is perfect place for stay. Huge playing ground, Swimming Pool. Too much greenery. Peaceful atmosphere.

I firstly thank Sukanya we planned for a day outing it went smoothly. We celebrated Lohri there she planned the bon fire for us the coordination went so nice our food was amazing. The day was best. Ramee we would like to do more and more visits.

Very recently Had a trip with family the hotel view took me back to my childhood. We all enjoyed a lot the food and three staff was great to meet. Everything was available call away. I thank the team and told my friends to visit
Most horrendous experience ever had

I stayed here from 26-28 Jan for 2 nights. The whole experience was the most horrible I ever had in my life. I would strongly recommend to avoid this hotel/resort even if you have nothing else to do.
1. We were made to wait for more than 1 hour for check-in even though we had pre-booked and pre-paid for the rooms. Check-in time was 12 noon, we reached around 1 pm, still had to wait for 1 hour to get to our room with kids.
2. Even the welcome drink was not provided, we had to ask for it after half an hour of waiting.
3. We checked in and came down for lunch which was a buffet and the food was dead cold, we complained about it to the hotel manager but he didnt even bother, all he did was went and closed the lids.
4. In the evening we ordered for snacks - one plate of French Fries took nearly 45 min to arrive in the restaurant (not even in room dining). When we placed an order second time, the waiter says "You already signed the bill, it would have been better if you ordered all at once".
5. Dinner order at night (in-room dining): Food toke more than an hour to be delivered, it was half cooked, we asked for extra water bottle, we were asked to call some number and the water bottle never even came.
Day 2
6. The GM was at the property, we had a discussion with him regarding our entire experience. He listened patiently and assured he will look into it and he did, things went well till evening. Then he left and our struggles started again.
7. Dinner (in-room dining): We order for a soup at 9pm, it was delivered at 10 pm. We followed up in between and were informed, it was on the way but didnt come for more than 20 min. We then went down to the kitchen and the so called manage Amit started his own nonsense. We asked did we make a mistake selecting this hotel to which he replied "It was your choice to come here, we didnt force you". When asked why it is taking so long to deliver, he says "You had the option of cancelling your order". This is after 1 hour of waiting, at 10 pm in the night. The security guard was apologizing for the delay but not the manager Amit.
8. Swimming pool: It was so dirty and we asked for it to be cleaned. People didnt even know what to do and who to check with for this. The GM promised it will be cleaned in half hour. We went after 45 min, it was still dirty and so the kids had to use it like that only.
9. Bathroom: The room we checked in on Day 1, it had only shower operating by default, the plumber was called in, he spent some 20 min in the washroom and made the tap work. But then shower wouldnt work. We asked for a room change at around 5 pm. After continuous follow ups, we were offered a room of lower category which we rejected outright. The reception manager (Naveen I think) started forcing the room on us "This room is ready and you should take it". Later at around 7.30. we had to settle for a room with a twin bed, we had a 3 yr old kid with us and so specifically booked a room with king size bed but they couldnt offer us a better option.
It is really surprising to see the attitude of the so-called managers. Except the GM who listened to us patiently, worked on things, nobody else of the so-called managers even wanted to listen to us. They said "I am not bothered about what happened yesterday, I only care for today".
It is a real pity that such a nice property is maintained by such foolish people who dont even understand the importance of C in Customers. They have no right to be in this business in my opinion. Will NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to visit this property. If there were an option, I would give it a negative rating, not even 1 star.
