Another lovely stay at The Rathbone - nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and I always feel welcome. As I am often travelling alone, this also feels very safe and yet is in the heart of London within easy access of underground and central facilities.
The room is always spotlessly clean with all the little touches you would expect. The bed is comfortable and there is constant hot water. Breakfast is cooked personally for you and is in a quiet relaxed setting.

We stayed here for one night as we were going to the London Palladium and this hotel was a short walk from there.
Conveniently located with only a short walk from a few tube stations and Oxford street.
The hotel is quite charming and the room was comfortable with tea and coffee. Friendly staff in all areas.

I always stay at this hotel when in London on business. It is friendly and very comfy. The room I stay in is small but the bed is a double and extremely comfortable and everything you could want in a restaurant is right on your door step.

This hotel is quite nice and the location is fantastic. The room is on the small side but no complaints about that. My only quibble is that the WiFi was quite expensive. I travel a good bit and have never been charged for WiFi anywhere before.
This hotel is very close to the tube at goodge street and is walking distance to Oxford Street and Soho

This is our return stay at the Rathbone and it did not disappoint. We felt welcomed as soon as we received an email confirming our stay and asking if they could help us with anything before our arrival. We were also given access to our suite very early on our arrival which was exceptional. All of the Rathbone team are helpful, professional and friendly. I would however like to single out Leilah whose customer service is the best I have seen in my many years of travel. She enhanced every aspect of our stay and made us feel both special and also at home.
The rooms are traditional (which adds to the charm in our view) and they are spotlessly cleaned each day. The Fitzrovia/Bloomsbury area is so alive and vibrant; shopping, theatre and restaurants are all within walking distance. Public transport is also minutes away. In short, another perfect stay for us. We look forward to returning very soon to Hotel Rathbone.
