i stayed in rattan with family, i loved the room, the light of the room was nice. it made the room more cozy and comfort. the bed was clean and neat. the view was good and fun to stay here. next time, i will book and stay to rattan again. hope all things get better in the next visit. My family and I were happy in the room and all areas.

The receptionists were good, the meals were delicious and varied. I liked staying here. All services done very well. I will visit this hotel again. Salute for this hotel, may the services are going to be better and better more and more

It was fantastic my stay in rattan in , all the service in restaurant, front office , housekeeping it was great, very clean room, food was great, basically front office people happy smiling ( Putri *****) best service ever I had... I will comeback again.... Thanks all team of rattan In .....

It was great to stay at this hotel. Altough the lobby was being renovated but overall the services and room were good.
Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed.
The most important, as a moslem, there was quran in the room.

this hotel has wonderful staffs. They were all nice and had very good smile. i couldnt find em in all hotels i ever visited, so warm when welcoming and escorting guests, especially fo staffs, all the girls and the boys were nice and so friendly. i like them so much.
