I stayed for two days during one of the departments in Indonesia's meeting. The hotel is located at Central Jakarta, near Pecenongan area. You can find many food stalls and restaurants around the hotel.
The check in schedule was on 12 pm, but somehow it was delayed until around 12.30 pm. The participant of the meeting is around 500 people, and the system of the check in was very bad. We must queued in one small meeting room to do the check in, and some of the hotel rooms are not ready or something, so the room keys are often not ready and the hotel staff must go to reception area to got the room keys. I was already waiting for about 4 hours when I finally had a check in, and the hotel staff checked our name manually (they had list of our 500 names on the paper, and they checked our name one by one there). The total of check in duration for 500 people was about 5 hours.
The room itself was prettty decent but one of my colleagues said that her room was non smoking room yet it was smell of cigarette. There was TV cable in my room but the channels were limited. The bed was clean and had many pillows, around 4 pillows in total. The in-room Wi-Fi was pretty fast but not too stable.
The variation of breakfast was quite good and nice food, but for lunch and dinner, there was less variation than breakfast and the taste of food was not as delicious as breakfast.

The hotel is decent and I particularly like the lobby lounge a lot. Staff's attitude here can be quite disappointing. The rooms look slightly old and worn out and definitely need some sprucing up. The traffic here can be quite a nightmare and you have to schedule your timing to perfection if you are not to be late for your meetings and also to catch your flight.

I've stayed at your hotel 1 night, i was enjoying but have you taught your staff to have good manner for serving a guest? I don't really like with your one of pool attendants, first she was playing with her gadget, then i went through your pool reception and she kept playing with her phone, she didn't even recognize our presence. Please, keep teaching your staff especially that pool attendant to have a good manner. Anything without attitude, it isn't useful.

We stayed on 10-12 september for my business trip and my partners are staying too.
We checked in at 9pm, they prepared smoking room but i request non smoking room. They agreed.
First impression were this room isn't ready, i can have that but the shower is leaking?
I tell the operator and an enginner was coming to our room and checked it.
Indeed it was a huge leaking. It asked us what to do, like what is it our problem? I'm very tired as tomorrow i had morning schedulle so i asked to move room (my innitiative), he called MOD and MOD came to our rooms and talked to engineer.
Again, he (mod) asked us what to do? If wait to repair he cant be sure when its done, I told him i'm really tired and wants to have shower before we sleep. He said the rooms available was the smoking room and we agreed.
At this moment, there is no single apologize that we got, we have to re pack our luggage again and wait around 10minutes and really tired.
Fair point is concierge were handful, room is big and breakfast tasty.

I stay in this hotel for two nights. One my first day of arrival, they arrange a early check in for me. I stay at the Club level. The lounge was great and their service was good.
When I entered into my room, saw a dead cockroach on the floor. The dead cockroach was not remove or clean up till the day I check out the room. Quite disappointed.
Secondly, the wooden blind was not working as well and yet there is no maintenance done before I check in the room.
The Housekeeping just left amenities on the bathroom without placing it properly.
Hope these will be improve the next time I stay in this hotel.
The breakfast was ok, quite a lot of varieties.
The location of the hotel is great as you can find many place to eat.
Overall, the stay was ok but not great..
