Located on the national highway, so no alcohol and nothing to do in the vicinity. Room comfortable, staff friendly. Dinner service disorganized and glacial, even though everyone had preordered (we were with a group). Breakfast ok.

Bed sheets were dirty, spider and ants on the pillows
Smelly room with cobwebs
Power points were not working
Toilet wont flush
Cockroaches in bathroom
AC would switch off on its own
Power failure in the middle of the night
Breakfast was complementary but None of the staff knew the correct timing, limited spread of only 2-3 hot food items, buffet style.
House keeping wont answer calls, had to ring reception time and again, had to follow up every request
Manager was helpful, made an effort to resolve issues and offered to change of rooms but we wanted to stay close to our parents room
Overall extremely disappointed, very stressful stay, wont recommend this place at all.

We stopped here for lunch en route a drive from Kovalam to Kochi. Its a pretty decent sized property and you can't make out the size at first glance. It has sufficient parking, wheelchair access to the property, vintage style furniture, a good restaurant, and access to the backwaters just a stroll away.
We ate Kerala Parotha, Egg Korma, and Chicken Korma and all of them were very tasty and in the style of authentic Kerala food. The service was good and the staff were attentive. Didn't stay overnight here, but definitely plan to do on our next trip!

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting kollam with our friends. The hotel complex is nice, service is very good and the quality of food is awesome. The staff here is very good and friendly,. All in all it was a very good experience staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Kollam and definitely I would also prefer this hotel if I'll ever come again to Kollam

We stopped here for lunch. We ordered some traditional kerala thali meals with karimeen pollichathu. It was delicious. We loved their service. Special mention to Renjith who was serving the food always with a smile. Thank You!!!
