Stayed there last week for a night. Hotel is at a well connected locations which is plus point for business traveller. But is near a busy crossing to remember to take a room at the back side if you are heading for it. rooms are spacious but Bathroom needs improvement. Food was good for both in-room dining and breakfast. Recommend for last moment business travellers travelling by flight and hv business near Andheri, BKC

one of the finest hotel i had visited of my travellings. best in class in terms of hospitality. i praise the efforts of the management in building caring attitude of their staffs. food awesome. i got the service as late as 3 am, das wonderful. must visit

We missed our flight to kochi and air India sent us to this hotel to stay for the night
Horrible experience, we were with other 6 people who also missed their flight. Check in was very slow with a lot of procedures; copy of passport, copy of visa, signature in guest list even a photo. I felt I was in the embassy applying for a visa. After 20 min of check in we could go to our room, the paint was falling and there was a lot of noisy from outside traffic and guests. The kind of people staying in this hotel is very ordinary. People with loud music, knocking doors late in the evening, having parties in the room. Avoid this hotel.

good clean property with good size rooms.
Don't find these size rooms in new properties.
Good for all round use I.e. Business or family stay.
Had a couple of meals and the dinner was good.
Staff old but understanding.

Pro- Advantage is its location, its right on the W-E highway. The new rooms are pretty good and clean.
Con- Expensive food. (definitely not suited to my taste buds), but they dont mind ordering from outside, so thats cool. Very strict rules, zero flexibility on friends coming over.
