My stay at this hotel was very much last minute as my father in law was in hospital, The landlord Steve could not be more accommodating, the hotel is very much on the up and up, Steve has recently taken over and what a change he has made. The breakfast is fantastic and accommodation is very comfortable. Please try this accommodation as I will definitely be back.

location excellent, staff very helpful, this it not a 5 star hotel, so dont book it if thats what you are looking for but its simple, clean, friendly, little bit tiered, breakfast is huge and freshly cooked. It was the cheapest in town and for the cost it was top. little bit noisy outside when pub shut

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend in October. Great location by the train station. Staff and management couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Only down side was the shower wasn't the best. No power and impossible to get the temperature right. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Very comfortable double room above one of the best pubs in Worthing and right opposite the station. Perfect. Glorious Art Deco styled Victorian building with friendly and helpful staff from manager down to the cleaners. We loved our stay and it was very reasonably priced too.

The Good:
Excellent location right next to Worthing Railway Station. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Mostly friendly staff. Good on premise pub serving excellent food downstairs.
The Bad:
Clearly tired decor in the hotel in need of refurbishment. Cracked tiles to the bathroom floor and nothing covering the plain glass window in the bathroom?! Absolutely zero water pressure making a shower almost impossible.
The Ugly:
I was prepared to give this place the benefit of the doubt until I spotted a stain on one of the pillows. On further investigation I was horrified to discover it was blood, and a significant amount at that. I'm sorry but this is unforgiveable and whilst a real shame I'm afraid I won't be able to bring myself to stay here again.
