Our room was large with comfortable twin beds and a balcony. In a separate alcove were two bunk beds which would have been excellent for children of - say - three up to ten or eleven. Very good public rooms with plenty of space and a bar. Very close to the town centre (ten minutes walk) and to the beach, though down (and up!) a steep hill. Breakfast a little haphazard, sometimes no cups or milk and beware, the eggs are raw. You have to boil your own in the provided boiler. Staff pleasant and helpful

Staying in the annexe over the road from main building, apartment is decent and clean, main plus is the excellent views over the bay. Very well located near the central market and easy walk of all the main parts of town. Enjoyed the pool also

This aparthotel is in a great location. It is just minutes walk from the beach, from great restaurants and the fantastic les halles market.
The room we had on the third floor was clean and had all the facilities you would need. The bathroom is quite small but not a problem.
There is no air conditioning which might be an issue in the height of summer.
The pool is small but the pool area is spotless.
Would definitely stay here again, the perfect location to explore all that Biarritz has to offer.

Le Grande Large is situated just on the outskirts of Biarritz in a fairly quiet area , the spacious airy restaurant has views of the coast towards Spain and the Pyrenees. We were visiting for an evening meal and a few drinks , this was the perfect venue . Our main course the duck , cress and roast potatoes was both well cooked and presented , the desert apple pie for myself , and gateau basque for my partner was equally delicious . For anyone whose French is poor the staff speak good English , we both enjoyed the experience .

We stayed in a studio which can accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. Very good location, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. A big supermarket is only 5 min walk away. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.
