Expectations and price is like a four star property but doesn't impresses much
DEMERITS
NO ROOM SLIPPERS PROVIDED ON DEMAND SAID NOT AVAILABLE
NO PERSONAL WEIGHING MACHINES SAID NOT AVAILABLE
NO HAND TOWEL PROVIDED IN ROOM
NO DENTAL KITS IN ROOM
BELOW AVERAGE BREAKFAST WITH LIMITED MENU AND THAT ALSO NOT TASTY..SOMEHOW WE MANAGED..(ITS BETTER TO EAT GOOD FOOD OUTSIDE HOTEL AT CHEAPER RATE)
VERY DULL RECEPTION WITH NO SMILES ALSO.
The rooms are old and near to overbridge which are noisy at some time.
I think the hotel is very cost conscious and little spending on customer preferences and little more breakfast spread with live counter and more sitting space will make the property more desirable.
The only advantage is location ( near to metro) and lobby. We appreciate the free upgrade given to us.

Booked via Booking.com, Stayed for 4 nights with a colleague, hotel room provides basis amenities such as tea/coffee making, Cable TV, WIFI, news paper & basic toiletries.. no safety-box, mini fridge which are essentials in today's context. restaurant provides a buffet breakfast but it is very much Indian cuisine & very little western touch & it was the same menu for breakfast during our stay. staff are very helpful.
Taxi stand is just out side the hotel, couple if restaurants are just a short walk away, 1 mini supermarket is situated in the vicinity.
If you are looking for a hotel with no fancy amenities just a place to sleep overnight this could be your choice.

Reception and Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Duty Manager - Pramod, was very friendly and caring. Rooms were spacious and organised. Housekeeping and Room services were excellent. Location of hotel convenient. Hotel rates were reasonable.

A comfortable stay with great service. Lots of TV channels to choose from for evening relaxation and a wide selection of food for room service at all hours. Located close to the airport for convenience.
Airport pickup from the hotel is about twice the price of an Uber - easy enough to make your own way here as we had to call the hotel driver anyway to find us at the airport, he wasnât waiting where all the other hotel pickups were.

The hotel has lots of plus
Location is great
Rooms are spacious and comfortable
Ac working is too good but in case you are not used to low temperature than this is not for you.
Staff is polite
Breakfast spread is decent
Overall ambiance is good.
