Rooms are standard. Equipped with kitchen.
Bed is comfortable. Can be quite noisy but I guess thatâs normal for an hotel next to the airport.
Cleaning is not perfect.
Very poor breakfast. I think they need to improve the offer. Especially for this price.

We arrived late in Paris and were to leave early the next day so we booked this hotel to provide us with a place to rest for 1 night. 1. The hotel is a 20 min drive from CDG. This will cost you E25 taxi, each way, to and from CDG - you may want to factor this in your costings. There is a shuttle bus (that you have to pay for) but it runs every 40 mins and I never actually saw it. 2. The complex is a series of 3 story apartments with NO ELEVATOR! No staff will help you carry your bags so good luck carrying your check in luggage up 3 flights of stairs. 3. Location wise, it's in the middle of nowhere - there's not even a convenience store nearby. So even though breakfast is not included, you don't have any other options and must purchase breakfast at the hotel. 4. At 1 am in the morning I found out that my shower did not work. When I quiered this with reception, they advised that only 1 person was on duty and nothing could be done about this. So we were without a shower in our room during our stay.

We booked this place for Home base when we traveled around Europe. It offered a free shuttle to CDG airport and was a short walk to some local shopping and food. The staff was very gracious and most all of them could speak English which helped a lot. Nice accommodations for a great price.

Upon arrival before we were welcomed the first comment was that check in was only at 15.00 o'clock. We wanted to stay longer than we had booked on booking.com so we asked for a longer stay. With a few discussions over price that was possible in the end. After 4 days we were wondering why nobody had come to clean the apartment yet, so we asked the reception. They told us that if we wanted cleaning during our stay we had to pay extra for each cleaning and the same goes for new towels. After 5 days our bin was full, we already putted it outside, bit nobody cared to come and pick it up and change the litter bag.
The 'equipped' kitchen was equipped with dirty plates and cutlery and 1 pot to cook in. The fridge was leaking.
The sofa was very dirty and we wouldn't even want to sit on it.
The shower was good, unfortunately the walls and ceiling were full with mole....
Overall, not a good experience. Once and never again. We have paid about â¬650,- for a stay of 7 days so absolutely NO VALUE FOR MONEY...
We wanted to stay for about a month, but decided to book an AIRBNB in stead. Mostly because of the bad hygiene.

We had a small 1 bed apartment for 3 days, 4 ppl, twin beds in the bedroom, clean and comfortable, a pull out sofa bed in the living area equally as clean and comfortable, cooker top only and fridge, sink area etc, my kettle did not work, heating was great as we went in Oct.
When i booked it was advertised as free shuttle bus, I think thats changed now, the hotel provides a shuttle bus, 3 euro 1 way or 5 return, there is a free shuttle bus not sure where the bus stop is though.
Most shuttles run about 40 mins apart, with the hotel one you must book it and get a receipt that you've paid to show the driver. The hotel is 10 mins from CDG terminal 2 and if you want to get into Paris you take the RERB train into any place you like, i suggest you get a map and plan as the areas are quite far apart but the metro is great.
We got a 2 day ticket at 38 euro but trust me its worth it.
Get a timetable of the shuttles and plan with them, the RERB comes every 10 mins or so.
We didn't eat at the hotel so i cant comment on that but 5 mins down the road is a great little grocery store for any bits you might need and check reviews there are supposed to be a couple of nice restaurants too.
You can hear the planes all night but staying next to an airport you would expect that, staff were helpful and friendly.
