At the outset, I wasn't sure how this resort would be, but took a plunge based on the pics and the reviews posted online and the videos on YouTube. It looked beautiful online and it was equally beautiful when we reached there in late evening. More so the next morning.
I travelled to Goa with my wife, mother in law (MIL) and sister in law (SIL) from 23-28 Dec 2017.
My MIL needs a wheelchair to move around. After the booking had been made from Delhi, the Resort manager was kind enough to provide their wheelchair entirely to my MIL for the entire length of the stay, not just inside the hotel, but also for sightseeing as well.
This was a big relief, as we did not have to carry her personal wheelchair all the way from Delhi to Goa.
The views inside the Resort is one of being connected to nature - beautiful, charming, quiet, serene and idyllic. And I may add refreshing to the senses...
Mornings were very beautiful...My wife and I took long walks in the Resort compound, past other cottages...Past ponds and canals, which is connected to Baga river at the back.
We had a Fabric cottage for my wife and self, and a Wooden Cottage for my in laws. All cottages have fans, mini fridge, TV and AC. So no issue of any discomfort for any guest.
The lawns are well maintained, as is the swimming pool. The large pond has facility for fishing and boating. The water of the pond and canals look stagnant, but is in fact not. They get filled up every night by the Baga river during high tide and flow out in the morning.
The nearest beach is Baga Beach, which is less than a KM walking distance. It is a happening place, as we found out on the very first night, ie 23 Dec.
Calangute beach and Anjuna beach are also nearby, though need to be reached by taxi.
The Resort is located in North Goa. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful and call taxis as and when required. no problems faced there.
The restaurant is a bit small for such a large resort. The menu is quite good, though there weren't many takers for lunch and dinner, considering the night life outside.
The Chef was very very polite and nice. He offered us tips on places to visit Goa. The food he cooked for us for dinner was tasty and fulfilling. He took special care of his guests during the morning buffet breakfast, which was nice and decent, though not lavish, considering the size of the property.
It is for those, who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, like we Delhiites wanted.
It is not for those who are looking for nightlife and disco and dancing.
Even if you dont want to go anywhere, you can spend the whole day, just spending time there, at the front porch of your cottage, which by the way is lovely to sip tea in the morning.
Room service is quite good and they respond pretty timely, considering the scale and size of the property.
Overall, a very comforting stay in the Resort. Definitely recommend it for stay for nature loving people.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights , If you are a nature lover and looking to de stress yourself this is the place you need to be at , Staff is very courteous and helpful , The only negative is that In-Room dining service is very slow , The number if Manpower needs to be increased, Overall a very wonderful experience .

This place is very beautiful with somany trees and water,cleanly maintained, restaurant in charge Govind is friendly and break fast is excellent ,staff also friendly , very good for families and also for couples

Location: Perfectly located in the heart of North Goa. All popular spots are closeby.
Room: Opted for wooden cottage....No enough light in room even the mirror in the room is wrongly placed.No locker in room, No wifi.
Bathroom: Cleanliness is a big no.Had small openings in corners inviting small bugs. Shower cubicle becomes a lake in 2 minutes of bath.No shaving kit, No toothbrush kit, No comb.
Resort: Greenary and plantation are other positives other than location. They also have huge water bodies that lacks maintenance.
Facilities: No locker in room, No wifi, No comb kit, No toothbrush kit, No shaving kit, No hair drier.
Restaurant & Food: Breakfast was included, never got it on time also when it was ready then too it was incomplete. No breakfast menu on display. Restaurant was too small and shabby, never washed table clothes same old dirty clothes can be seen every day.
Service: Never used much of their services but would like to share one experience as we called for some food in room one day and those utensils tray were kept outside our hut during the room cleaning next day and they were there for the next two days till the day checked out.
Staff: People are nice and helpful.Infact the last day security guard helped me get a taxi to airport at 5:00 AM , when the guy at reception rejected our request or we would have missed the flight.
So there are positives and negatives, just see what works best for you.

Rooms are really good, all the facilities are available. Breakfast is not up to the mark. Foods are not good. Rooms are very clean and nice view from room.
Reception people are very helpful. They kept our language after we checked out as our flight is was at night.
far away from beach. 10 mint walk.
