Clean and tidy rooms staff very friendly , food is okay but have plenty of restaurants around the hotel to choose from just a short trip to BAGA beach with plenty of bars on the way if you wanted to walk

Another visit to this hotel - this time for a month! so rest assured it is clean, in an excellent location, with helpful friendly staff. The decor in the rooms is a little tired but rooms are cleaned daily with fresh white towels and bed linen changed every 2nd day. There is a fridge in the room. There is A/C and a fan. Lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the view and peace of the two lakes - used by guests who brought their angling equipment with them. The path around the lake was used by walkers/joggers. The gardeners are constantly working to keep the grounds clean and beautiful.
There are 2 swimming pools with sunbeds. Fresh beach towels available daily.
There is courtesy transport every hour to Baga beach which is about a 15 minute walk away.
There are plenty on places to eat in nearby Arpora or on route to Baga. Try the Royal Enfield museum / bar /restaurant near Baga or O Prato in Arpora, both really stylish.
Breakfast is buffet style, with eggs cooked to order. The buffet was a mix of Indian and western food - all enjoyable
There is Wifi available at reception but not in rooms.
Yes, the rooms could do with a refurb. but the location, helpfulness of staff and value for money make up for this.

Second floor room with a balcony overlooking one of the two lakes. Comfortable enough,cleaned regularly, AC and a large fridge.Grounds around the resort very well tended, lakes attracted several enthusiastic anglers. We did see a large fish landed, thrown back of course.
Lots of places to eat within walking distance,as well as in the resort restaurant. all multi cuisine enjoyed everything.
Can highly recommend massage from Felice ( i think thats her name) in Spa of resort.
Two handy tips from fellow guests. 1; No wifi in the rooms, reception only. Worth purchasing a mini modem from the phone accessory shops and getting a sim linked to your phone, Wifi everywhere then. 2, electricity in room operated by key, only the fridge permanently on. Purchased a dual multi socket adaptor and plugged into fridge socket, plenty of power for chargers etc .
Staff very polite and helpful and hard working.
Weather fabulous every day (early January). Pool to cool down in, towels provided.
A very relaxing holiday.

Rooms are highly substandard, fridge was rusted, then the replacement fridge was not working. The blanket and bedsheets were in poor condition and torn, I wish I had phorographs to share.
A no-go for the high price rooms.

My first visit to Goa so not sure what to expect but for 4000 plus a night I guess I thought the bathrooms would be modern. It had a kitchen area but no cups or kettle to make a cup of tea It was clean and at the end of the day we were only sleeping in the room. Breakfast was dire with a lot of Indian choices but hardly any Indian guests and a long queue at the toast machine. I usually go for a sweet breakfast but no croissants or bread rolls just toast and jam and no fruit at all in a huge tent like hall. No wifi in the rooms and everyone clustering around the reception area to get on. Had one snack one night which was fine. I don't think I would return. We chose this Zhotels as friends were staying here and they travel to Goa a lot
