Really bad customer service from this place. Charged a no show fee for a reservation that was cancelled in the first place and should never have been charged! Dealings with staff members were awful and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Located in downtown, the closest bus stop is no. 7. Within 5 min walk from there. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. The only down side is have to walk up stairs if your room is on 2F or 3F. Stairs are narrow and steep, not easy to manage if carrying heavy luggage - my experience ;)

A group of mums all who have children with disabilities were lucky enough to have a Bucket List experience to Iceland, for the weekend as part of a grant award. We booked 4 apartments as we were a very large group of 25. From start to finish the correspondence between group facilitators and Rey Apartments has been exceptional. They couldn't have been anymore accommodating. The Location of the apartments are very central, spotless and very warm and welcoming. The fact that we had so much before arrival communication, they had everything ready for our large group. The apartments are minutes from the drop off and pick main bus stop and all excursions pick up.. The apartments were very clean, spacious with clean lining and towels. Each of the apartments are fully functional with cooking facilities and outdoor areas and were able to offer us a later check out I would have no hesitation, in re- booking or recommending to all types of travellers. We will definitely return and stay in this amazing find in the heart of Reykjavik.. A huge thank you to all the staff and office correspondence.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in December. It was perfect, the apartment was very well equipped.....had absolutely everything we needed and more! The location is fantastic. The apartment was very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend Rey apartments and would definitely stay there again.

The room was very ample and had a cooking/dining area separated from the living/sleeping area. Contemporary decoration.
The staff (the Italian receptionist) was super nice and provided me with assistance and explanations on how to get around the city.
