This is our second visit to the charming town of PeñÃscola, ES...This time we decided to stay at the RH Porto Christo hotel and we were not disappointed! What a charming and enchanting hotel....The hotel is located right at the beach and downtown area and a short walk to the castle...We booked the rooms facing the castle (308/208) and were rewarded with spectacular views at night and during the day...The rooms and wrap around balconies were modern and very clean...While the bathrooms were not spacious they were sufficient...The bar and breakfast areas were darling and cosy...We truly had a nice experience and this would be our hotel of choice upon our return to PeñÃscola...Highly recommend this hotel...

Great hotel and staff always at your service . Book a full ocean view , its well worth it . The breakfast is buffet is excellent as well as the dinner buffet , really . Parking is located just across the street , easy . The beach is 100 feet from the hotel and great for that morning walk . It's a short walk the fishing port and restaurants . I stayed here when I first arrived in Spain and stayed again before I left , its that good . Pool and out door bar .

What a great find this hotel was. Booked last minute after arriving in town at 5pm. Checked in by Giomar whose service and friendliness was was fantastic. She also checked us out next day and although busy with checkouts was wonderful to everybody. A cold bottle of water to go was a nice thought. Rooms were a great size with comfortable beds and the best shower weâve encountered so far travelling in Europe for some time now. Perfect spot on the beachfront with balconies to access those views.
We went to the restaurant to have their 12.50 Euro buffet and served by Adrian. He was not thrown at all when advised 2 of us were senza glutine....but went to the kitchen and we had a lovely meal prepared by staff. Well worth it to eat here.
Breakfast was also one of the best we have had as well. Plenty on the menu for all tastes with great coffee, well cooked eggs and bacon and fresh fruit. Shame we only stayed 1 night here.
The staff should be congratulated for adding to a wonderful customer experience and although their was a few shaky moments when translating our limited Spanish, Adrian made us very welcome and ensured we had everything we wanted. Great experience.

We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely enjoyed it. The rooms were great, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast buffet was generous. But the best part is its location. It is right on the beach and about 400m from the castle / old city. Plus it is close to all the restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone going to Peniscola to stay there :)

Very impressed with hotel(not many sea view rooms)
Would suggest pre booking a sea view room,as the view would be wonderful.
The room we had was very spacious,clean and very well maintained by staff.
The restaurant was very good(breakfast)plenty of choice......buffet
As friends were booked in half board,we opted to eat in the restaurant most nights.
A very nice selection of food...well cooked and presented nicely.very reasonably priced
Service was excellent throughout hotel.
Staff very professional and friendly.
Drinks and snacks outside(roof terrace or poolside)very reasonably priced.
All areas of hotel are spotless.
As pointed out in other reviews.....poor parking....this was just a minor inconvenience.
I would not like you to be put off by this....as overall....this was a really nice holiday in a really nice hotel
