We were staying for a week. Very happy with everything offered by the resort. Great staff, great location and always feel peace. The buffet breakfast was great. Bar and restaurant offer good food with reasonable prices. We got 20 percent discount from the restaurant, so it is a good deal if comparing with eating at other places. We will come back there if we visit Bali again. One important thing but not related to the resort: never have your money exchanged from the shop in front of the resort. They tried to cheat us fortunately my wife caught them when they slided a few notes under the table. Just avoid them. Other than that, just enjoy and rest in the friendly atmosphere in the resort.

We stayed in Risata Resort for 5 days. The hotel is well located. The room was decent for the price. We were happy with the hotel.
But whenever we visited Kuta shopping areas (Matahari + Discovery market + Lippo) we met many Balinese people who came asking us to support Bali. When we said yes, we were presented with a postcard and they asked us to open us. It said that we have won the first price, which will be either (A) $1000 cash, (B) a $500 worth voucher booklet, (C) a holiday and (D) an ipad. The price you win is under a sticker that you cannot reveal until you agree to visit their hotel, which was more than 30 minutes away. As we had nothing to do in the day, we agreed. At the hotel, we were persuaded to buy a membership, very much like Diamond Resorts we met in the USA. After an hour (of course we did not buy it) we were allowed to remove the sticker to see what price we have won. It was B: the voucher booklet. To us, this booklet is worth $0, as it contains things such as 10% if you hire a room, $5 off if you eat here and there.
So, it turns out we were the victims of a scam that is spreading in Bali.

We loved the out of the "Main Street Vibe" of this hotel which is only a short walk to the beach, where you can stroll to the Discovery Centre with not many people around. The gardens are magnificent the staff are lovely and the pool is very inviting even in the rain. We will go back to this lovely little paradise.

the RISATA HOTEL has everything you could imagine and more.great rooms,one of the best pools,great food,spa,gym etc.short stroll to all the main shopping centres and WATERBOM PARK.LOVED THE PLACE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

The resort is located just 500 mtrs from the beach & very close to Discovery & Lippo Mall. You can find the best of eateries here. There is a 24 hr open mini part just opposite the resort for anything that you need urgently. Though the resort is old & may be needs a refurbishment. But we did not face any trouble during our stay. Staff are cordial & friendly. There was not much option for vegetarians for breakfast. We also took the Balinese massage which was very refreshing. There are lot of massage options in & around but one needs to do their due diligence on the offerings.
