The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and some had excellent English. The breakfast buffet has an exciting range of local, Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisines. Okinawan food has a unique fusion with American and Asian foods which is very interesting to try. Be sure to get the most of the outdoor pools and ocean swimming in the daytime and they do close at night (early in the winter). The onsen (hot pools) are important in Japanese culture and well worth a try. These come at an additional charge but are discounted in off-peak hours. While I was travelling for business, it was very convenient and the families holidaying there were mostly polite and quiet.

We had a very memorable stay in this hotel. I would say it is a very ideal location to be if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday as it is away from the city.
the hotel has a lot of activities and play spots for kids. It has its own private beach.
If you don't drive than you can hire a taxi hourly packages with the destinations you want to get from the travel office in the hotel .The drivers are very friendly and they guide you well to all the spots you want to get to
The hotel serves very good breakfasts and they have few restaurants, my favourite one was the izakaya which is just outside the hotel they serve typical okinawa food.
I will definitely be back.

The service is good. Upon arrival, staff at the door assist with carrying luggage to trolleys. Subsequently, there is staff assisting to push the trolley up to the room.
Instructions regarding the hotel were made very clearly. There was also widespread of breakfast food options and most importantly, the food tastes surprisingly good!
The beach is just right in front of the hotel and the water is exceptionally clear.
This hotel is very children friendly.

Good hotel location for visiting north and central Okinawa. However, there is limited food option nearby even when you drive.
Good service. Hotel reception tried to help me when I need to book a tour. Was also very patient when I cancelled it.
Self service laundry available. However, there are only 2 washing machine on each floor so you had to queue up to use it at night.
The hotel provides voucher for indoor pool, swim wear rental, breakfast and lunch vouchers. Breakfast is satisfactory but has the same option on different days.
Overall, value for money.

We have been there 4 days (10 to 14 dec 2017), the rooms are large and the view to the Ocean very nice. There are many facilities in the hotel and we have used both the swimming pool and the SPA. Both are very good.
