Rockland hotel team as usual rocks, the team took every step to make sure my stay was comfortable and relaxing.
The food was good at the room service and breakfast was just perfect. Though my stay was short at the city, but I would always love to come back and experience Rockland Warm Hospitality.

We visit Rockland Hotel CR park for our business meet and have occupied few rooms for our conference.
Everything was superb from rooms to conference and food too.
Pros :
1. Easily approachable as this was on main outer ring road.
2. we had our lunch at rooftop which was having splendid view of Delhi and food taste was very good.
3. there was no problem with conference meeting and timely service was there.
4. Rooms were clean and had a comfortable sleep.
5. spa was also there but due to time constraint we could not it.
6. Food was delicious.
Cons.
1. Gym was not big enough but it was ok regular workout
we loved our visit and would surely visit again or our all conference & stay needs.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and found it very good. The location was excellent, staff was prompt, polite and customer friendly, maintenance was good. Though the food option at the restaurant 'Tamerind' was limited but this was no issue due to the closeness of the CR park markets. The only improvement I would like to see during my next visit is in the housekeeping section. The basic items were not automatically filled in. On every single day during our 9 day stay I had to call for the requisite number of towels, sachets of coffee, tea, milk etc. although these were supplied immediately.

We had a mixed experience with this hotel. Very good location.
The hotel manager didn't provide right rooms for us (two couples) to stay. Hot water supply was infrequent. Every day we had to request to turn on the hot water supply. Several times there were power outages and emergency power took a longer time to turn on.Customer services at the front desk were not up to the mark. However, breakfast services were excellent with Indian traditional foods and staffs were well behaved and courteous.

We had a great, 12 day stay at Hotel Rockland C.R. Park. Overall, the hotel was clean, affordable, and all staff members were incredibly accommodating and happy to help when needed.
A few things that really stood out at the hotel was the complimentary breakfast each day which was quite good. We also ordered room service a number of times as we found the food really delicious.
During our stay here, we took a 2 day trip to Agra to see some Elephants at Wildlife SOS and the Taj Mahal. For this, we hired the hotel driver, Imtiaz. Spending the next couple of days traveling with Imtiaz was a real treat. We learned a lot about him and his family, the hidden treasures of Delhi to explore, and heard some great stories.
At the end of the trip, we felt as though we had made a new friend in India, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone who may find themselves at the Rockland.
