This hotel has a good service since from front desk and room service.
Room facilities were completed, clean and satisfied.
Location is in a quiet area and close to Sudimampir market and Sentra Market.
Also close to Mitra Plaza Ramayana.
When I was there, hotel had a 50% discounted promo from normal room rate.
Laundry has fast service within 6 hours with cheap price.
Breakfast was average.
Good in-room wifi.

We booked this hotel for one night thinking we would move elsewhere once we arrived in Banjarmasin, but once we got there, the rooms were too comfortable to move! Very clean and comfortable, hot water, free wifi, one or two English channels. Definitely up to Western standards of cleanliness. Good buffet style breakfast in the morning, with plenty of Indonesian and Western options.
The people at the reception were okay, but the friendliest staff member is the bellboy, Sauqi, who gave us tons of ideas and was all smiles, all the time. We booked the Superior, but if I were to go again, I would book just the Standard room, which we moved to after the first night. Slightly smaller, no mini-bar or window, but comfortable and clean all the same. Much cheaper and I didn't really notice the difference between that and the Superior.
The best thing about staying at this hotel was meeting our guide named Tailah (a friend of Sauqi) who the hotel called for us. He is listed in the Lonely Planet as the best independent guide in the city and really is fantastic. We went to the floating market with him, then a canal tour, and then hired him to be our guide trekking through the jungles of Loksado. He really made our five-day holiday one of the most memorable we've taken, and I highly recommend him to any tourists. Very kind, very prompt and very experienced (37 years and counting - Wow!) We have been living in Indonesia as English teachers for nine months, so spoke half English half Indonesian with him. His English is definitely the best of any tour guide you'll meet.

This hotel location near Sudimampir market, Mitra Plaza and Pasar Hanyar (New Market). All market easy acces by foot. Price is medium for their good room. Pay IDR 360k (USD 40) for deluxe room. Room service is cheap, western size, good taste and fast in service (less than 15 minutes delay from order to served). Not best,but good enough if you visit Banjarmasin.
