My self stayed at EMBLEM for 10 days. In gurgaon this is a good hotel in range of 1500. room services, TV, Tea maker, room heater, bathroom accessories all was fantastic. Front desk behavior is good. Food quality was not good. good experience.

Nice hotel, soft staff, good room service, Cleaned, working television, toilet cleaned. Breakfast and dinner is also good taste. Flexibility available in staff which is co operating. Nice feeling stayed at emblam.

The reception counter has a clutter of papers and mess. nothing welcoming as it appears in the photos.
the corridors have no ventilation as a result the whole place smlls/stinks of cigarette smoke and food.
rooms could do with brighter lighting.
intercom phone crackles,wires dangle from behind the TV,an empty fridge stinks.
staff at the restaurant are courteous but lack presentation. Overly decorated restaurant doesnt offer a soothing ambience to the weary traveller.
Small efforts from the management can surely give better returns to the guests.

Great Staff, Great Service and for sure its one of the decent stay I had which had a true value in terms of service and worth of money spend during the stay. The staff was too cooperative and never denied for any request within the limits of policy they had.

In room Tv setup box r not working firstly tell after change and fridge is also not working after that fridge change in the last fridge is not working full night
