Located in Central Jakarta, Rota International is a cheap and cheerful hotel great for travellers on a budget who don't want to sacrifice creature comforts. The moderately sized rooms are air conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms, mini fridge, free bottled water, TV and WiFi. Breakfast mainly consists of Indonesian food, however a few Western breakfast items are offered. Room service is available until 3pm which offers a range of Indonesian meals. Staff are really friendly and helpful, and rooms are cleaned daily, however it could be cleaner and the rooms (bathrooms especially) could benefit from more regular maintenance. Note that no step-free access is available and it is not ideal for the walking-impaired traveller.
The hotel is situated close to Sarinah shopping centre, busway and many popular chains such as 7-11, Starbucks, Pizza Hutt, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King and KFC. It is also really close to Jalan Sabang, which during the day is home to numerous eateries and coffee houses and comes alive at night with the bustling street market full of vendors selling street food.
All in all, this won't be the flashiest hotel you'll stay in, however it is affordable and close to many amenities and eateries.

We stayed in jakarta just one day. The hotel is located near the main bus station and it' s easy to get around from it. Rooms are not big, but confortable and quiet.The hotel staff is very very helpful. breakfast is mainly indonesian with a few continental things

The best thing about this hotel is location at central of jakarta city. just walking distance to sarinah mall shopping center, cinema, Starbuck coffee, and many food stall or 24 hours shop. hotel it self just so so nothing special. staff was friendly and rates good but don't expect much from this hotel.

As our flight was arrived late in Jakarta, we choose Rota International Hotel because of its location; walking distance from the Gondangdia Train Station.
The Hotel is located on Jalan Wahid Hashim and is simple but clean and provided free Breakfast.
Since Jakarta is a CBD (Central Business District) most hotel rates are normally higher during weekdays.

For us this hotel was just for sleep over beacuse we came very late to Jakarta and left the next morning for Yogyakarta and this hotel is in walking distance to Gambir train station.
So just for a sleep over it is a good hotel and they serve a plentifull breakfast.
