We came with a patient in this hotel and were staying here just because it is close to NIHMANS. We left the room at 6.30 am and returned at 12pm noon.The room was stinking as the room was not cleaned.however we managed to have our lunch in the room and again left out from there asking them to clean the room as all the food stuffs and empty plates were lying in a messy condition.To our great surprise when we returned back to the hotel at 10 am after a long tiring day with the patient the room was still not cleaned and out of irritation when we asked the manager for the same he took that in a very casual manner which further agitated us.When we asked him to apologize us he started abusing us badly and told we must immediately vaccant the room and used bad words and gestures.Not only this he even badly humiliated my sister when she tried them to calm down saying that his husband who wasnt well had to unnecessarily suffer waiting outside the room.He went on shouting and made us feel embarrassed by saying" get out from my property".Being the owner his holistic and uncivilised behaviour totally amazed me.I have never seen such rude attitude in any of the hotels where i stayed.We come from an educated famiy where we don't believe in humiliating others.Therefore in order to create awareness about this hotel i am writing this post to warn all the future guests who wishes to choose this hotel in near future.
Listen this also, when we said patient is with us don't shout so badly he replied to that 'patient hai toh mere sar meh nachega'
He was either totally drunk or it was his nature to treat each guest.
If der is some humanity left please any media personnel take some serious action as we have all proof of the incident in recording.

I had nice experience of staying in this hotel, which is close to hosur main road near by nice restaurants as well, well maintained hotel, service is also good and it is not that costly but affordable in fact this is street of hotel close to IT companies

Its a horrible hotel to stay and the staff is terrible. one named mamotty is very unfriendly and he is at the reception. Rooms are smelly and not at all suitable for a family or a couple...it is very poorly maintained and they charge 2k per night for a horrible ac room with very little space to move around and unclean bathrooms. we just saw the rooms and immediately left the place!.the name is just royal comfort ...but it is the worst available! the staff is horrible as well and do not have the basic ethics to talks to a customer...highly recommend to stay away from this hotel...there are better options nearby!

Its TERRIBLE !
For a hefty price per night, you will get a room where you can hardly place a bed and a chair.
Its so congested and you never feel to sit or sleep inside the same.
Luckily they placed TV on the wall, and space for a TV stand is saved.
And you can find a bunch of extremely unfriendly 70+ aged staffs in reception. If you are expecting hospitality for what you pay, you are in a wrong place.
Royal Comfort Park - Not at all Royal, and no Comfort.
Choose if you dont mind wasting 2k per night for a pathetic A/C room.
