Overall, my experience with the stay here was positive. Great staff that knows the true value of customer service. A special mention for the staff, who helped us with the routes to go to the nearby famous attractions. The food was good, it was served hot all the 3 times. Arrangements for extra bedding, hot water, etc. were made instantaneously.
The main taxi stand at McLeodganj is a 5-minute walk from this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants around and the main market of Bhagsu Nag is adjacent to the temple and waterfall.
Note: this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere and the rooms were comfortable.

Terrible hotel, located up a steep bumpy garbage strewn slope in one corner of Bhagsu - yet rates are very high! Rooms are small, smell damp and water doesn't drain well in the bathroom. Insects come in to the room frequently and the staff don't bother cleaning the room. No laundry facility available and food was passable. Add to the noisy parteis allowed every night. Overall a horrible experience.

It is the worst and dirtiest hotel in McLeod ganj. The quality of food was terrible. Chapati had hair in them. No lifts. Room were very untidy. The condition of bathrooms was also terrible. Flush was not working. Lights were also not working. Parking was not good. Tea in served in the morning was stale. Bed tea was srved after 7:30am.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 2 nights and overall experience was Good. Location of this hotel is a bit on uphill side but the view from terrace is astounding one. Also, almost everyone in Mcleodganj knows this hotel so locating this hotel is not an issue. Breakfast at this hotel is good on some days however needs improvement on other days. Terrace, location as it's near to almost everything in Mcleodganj, helpful staffs are it's plus points.

Bed position of hotel and bed food quality and without lift 3rd floor climb very difficult and maintence positin and room service not good
